the way they threw the game 4 i am just not watching game 5 if they won i will watch game 6 after clippers series i was expecting mavs and kidd to change the offense and they are never changing it all 4 games went same way kyrie is being wasted in the corner for 70% of the time if i was kidd i would give him the ball same amount as luka even if he is not shooting lights out he is not gonna do worse because he is not injured he can get to his spots and if he is not shooting then he will make better decisions than luka, if luka is hurt than okay take a backseat and kidd should knock some sense to his head that he has to forget about the referee just forget the referee exist and go back to possession every single defensive possession luka is not bigger than jkidd he should be told that he needs to take responsibility, and lastly luka needs to help the offense when he doesn't have the ball he just doesn't care at all when he doesn't have the ball i have never once see luka take a corner shot playing off ball never, and no this is not me hating anyone this is what most of mavs fanbase is saying for a month now

The only thing we can criticise Exum for is being passive, he isn't playing bad but just pushed down in rotation through necessity.

I don't fully get why we're picking on Luka. Everyone should know he's injured. He still got a triple double and he hit a better free throw percentage than the overall team. He wasn't the main reason for the loss. It was a team loss. Maybe Kidd, for not sealing that in the last quarter.
This is the first game this playoffs I have real criticism for Kyrie. We know Luka isn't even close to 100%, Kai needed to be more aggressive on offense in that 2nd half, period. Even with poor reffing yet again there was really no excuse to blow this one with the defensive performance we gave, this one was lost on the offensive end

Man, I'm most disappointed with Gafford that any other player he's getting pushed around for all these smaller guys and don't give wrong he is really good on the air with the alley oops but when it comes to finishing at the rim he is having hard time handling them he need to be a bully.

Jason kidd waved the white flag with 4 minutes and change when he put in for GOD knows what reason Tim Hardaway Jr. and an already bad situation became far worse and sealed the game. Thank you Jason Kidd for being a dumpster fire and constantly hurting the team and hoping the team can cover your garbage decisions.
Nobody is perfect man, we make mistakes now we move on to next game and win the series. However, this whole kyrie 4th quater misconception was never okay. Never in the nba do you have two stars and one of them only scores in the 4th and i know he usually comes through but its still weird, and i know he is getting doubled but its like everytime kyrie gets the ball he is looking at luka for a permision slip to score the ball and its honestly just annoying. You have two stars to dominate the whole game and kyrie said in the conference that he didnt want to take lukas shine like wtf, so to not take lukas shine you are in prison until the 4th? Like wtf.

1.Luka is playing bad because he has to play defense the first time in his life 2. He is playing bad because Dort and okc players locked him up. 3.He starts touching his knee everytime he plays bad or the team is trailing
I have no issue with people shitting on Luka, he deserves it.
My problem is with the massive amount of clowns pretending like "its the only reason they lost" and "hes dragging them down he should not play"
He was a PART of the problem not the WHOLE problem:
1. The team shot TERRIBLY from FT and the game would have been won if they just shot at league average rates.
2. Kyrie didn't show up on the offense YET AGAIN.
3. Kidd is refusing to do any on the fly adjustments and is refusing to run plays for Kyrie.
4. Luka needs to take better shots and stop wasting time complaining to the refs.
If any one of those doesn't happen they win.
As for "hes dragging him down let him rest" so you wanna throw the series and the playoffs entirely? Wtf do you think the Mavs are? They're not a particularly deep team and they're playing in the loaded western conference, It's not like Boston who are hilariously stacked and playing in a weak conference…
The thing that could have helped the Mavs A LOT would have been if Exum was playing well and picking up the slack for Luka but sadly he's been mediocre AT BEST in the playoffs.
I agree Irving needs more ball, but the problem is that Luka offball is almost useless player, because he is just standing somewhere in the corner

the NBA wants an international superstar to be the face of the league. That’s why they’re going full blown international in Europe and Asia where the money is. They know they can’t compete with the NFL in the US. Y’all confusing the NBA with the American media who will no matter what choose an American. The best candidate out of everyone is Luka. If Luka wins the championship soon It’s gonna be Luka as he has that Lebronesque greatness and super marketable as the NBA is going full-blown international now. Marcel, I am very pissed about the game 4 loss. It was a very winnable game and we had a chance to possibly finish it tomorrow and get some rest for Luka. But instead, we forgot how to play and gave OKC the momentum.
I'm expecting a good bounce back game. Need this victory so badly.
