Any chance Maxey won’t sign his extension with Philadelphia ?

My go-to would be (considering the Draft of a PG and a Forward) :
Guard : De’Anthony Melton / KCP – Useful role player.
Center : Isaiah Hartenstein / Drummond – Wemby’s backup (I prefer him at the 5).
Forward : Kevin Love / Batum – Vet presence needed with that many young players on the roster.

Wouldn’t mind Lowry as a short term answer for the 1

[We have about $16M in cap space as I broke down earlier this week,](https://old.reddit.com/r/NBASpurs/comments/1cqoksp/spurs_salary_cap_and_offseason_overview/) so we could realistically sign one slightly above MLE player, then a room exception player, then our first rounders. The 2nd rounders could get two-ways. Realistically, we would trade some lower-level players.
Cap Space Targets:
* KCP. D&3 connective piece with multiple championships under his belt. * Tyus Jones. Bring stability to the PG position by always having a Jones on the court. He would be a short-term solution to PG as we assess how Wemby develops and how the team progresses. But the fall off when Tre Jones is off the court is immense and he would curtail that. * Isaiah Hartenstein. Great backup big. * Bruce Brown. I don’t think Toronto lets him go, but really elite bench guy that does everything for you. * Issac Okoro. High level D&3 guy. * Naji Marshall. High level D&3 guy. * Jalen Smith. Rim protector with 3pt shot. Could backup or play next to Wemby. *
Room Space Targets:
* Kyle Anderson. Solidify PF rotation with Sochan, and bring experience, high IQ, and defense. * Gordon Hayward. High IQ bench wing. * Goga Bitadze. High level post defender backup. Would LOVE him. * Kris Dunn. One of the most talented defensive PGs in the league, but doesn’t give much on offense. * Markelle Fultz. Good defender, bad shooter.
Vet Min:
* Batum. He’s French and we need all the French guys. * Bol Bol. Make Shaq’s head explode. * Mo Bamba. Rim protector that can hit some threes.
