Despite relinquishing their first-round pick, the Raptors now have full control over their future draft picks, offering them increased flexibility and opportunities in the NBA draft landscape. With Masai Ujiri at the helm, the Raptors have a track record of making strategic and impactful moves to elevate the team’s competitiveness. The loss of the 2024 pick could serve as motivation for Ujiri to explore blockbuster trades that could potentially bring a superstar talent to Toronto.

  1. When u trade for a guy. He will probably won't come here. The raptors need to start developing players for long-term.

  2. I saw the thumbnail, listen there are a lot of good players in this league that I would love to have on this team, and others I don't, Donovan and Trae are 2 of them

  3. Excellent video, Jacob! Analyzing the situation to project what we should do. I say make a Kawhi type trade but not sure if Spida or Trae are the best win-now players to fo after. I'd say wait for a wing to become available, maybe a stretch big. If not, then stick with drafting 5 dudes next 3 years. Maybe we can hit on a couple picks.

  4. Raps shouldn’t be looking to trade their picks. Don’t half ass the rebuild looking for some star to fix the team. Build this roster up and when it time to get that star to push us over the edge that’s when you commit to a trade.

  5. There is no superstar on the market. There is no one who will go out and win you a series by being that dominant. You don't trade real draft capital for a Robin when you need Batman first.

  6. Yuck small no Def guards. Stay focused to focus the 3 key holes and let them work. If and when you lose one of the key fillers work next two years to replace. I would give BBQ 5 years to grow together and show.

  7. Please no… Donovan Mitchell will be one year rental, not worth it, he's not 2019 Kawhi
    Trae.. no… he's not that guy….

  8. Brother you gotta be honest with yourself .. free agents don’t want to come to Toronto . I’m not sure trading away siakam (an all star that wanted to be here) was the best idea . I have no hope for my raps at this time

  9. No … just draft bronny and recruit lebron james … Develop these guys … ill be disappointed if we get tray young…
