If the Lakers have a healthy Donovan, James, and AD, next year, I 100% guarantee they win the NBA title. I see some folks don't get it, but it really isn't that hard to surround that type of talent with enough to win. Not that hard at all.

Hey Greeney I got a solution for the win Friday and Knicks play ECF Sunday dilemma. Knicks win Gm 6 in Indy Friday and play ECF against Celtics without OG on Sunday and if OG is ready on Tuesday we bring him in to see where he is in his progress. Knicks can play Game 1 without OG and just try to steal Gm 1 and 2 before coming home to MSG.

Winning in the east isn't a flex. I think all the west teams playing rn could beat the celtics. I think the East has won 6 in the last 20 years. And lebron was 3 of those. The raptors in 2019 imo I wanted to see them win but we all know if the warriors didn't start losing their whole team to injuries they wouldve 3peated.
The celtics have been a "championship or bust" team since the pre-season and so far, they are meeting all expectations. Yah can't say it's going to be a disaster or a failure if boston lose to Denver if yah keep saying Denver is a better team. If yah supposedly already know the outcome and it happen it's hard to say it's failure. Next year Western conference if things stays like this will be even crazier because Memphis should be back to play well hopefully, Spurs can only improve, OKC, Minnesota, Mavs and Nuggets will still be as strong. The only teams I see possibly regressing are Lakers, Warriors and Suns actually because of their age.

I don't get the rhetoric that the Celtics losing in the Finals is a failure yet everyone including Legler recognizes that Denver is a huge threat to thwart their title chances. So if the Celtics lose to the Nuggets, the defending champions in a close series, how is that a failure? Make it make sense.
I don’t even think people will give the Celtics credit even if they DO win the championship. They would deserve respect but I think because of how weak the competition is in the east, I can totally see the Celtics haters not giving them their flowers when all said and done.
