The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals, 115-70, to even the series, 3-3. Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists as Jaden McDaniels added 21 points and 4 rebounds. Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Game 7 will take place on Sunday, May 19.
Point Differential Notes
45 points marks the second largest win in a Game 6 in NBA history. Previously, 54 points on April 30, 2015 in a game which the Bulls defeated the Bucks, 120-66.
This was the biggest win in Minnesota’s Playoff franchise history, previously: 26 points in Game 2 of this series on May 6 (106-80).
This was the eighth largest postseason win ever.

Minnesota: 1-0 in Game 7 history – WC Semifinals in 2004 on May 19, 2004, defeated SAC 83-80.
Denver: 4-3 in Game 7 history – Most recently, a win in the 2020 Semifinals on Sep. 15, 2020, at LAC (in the NBA bubble) – 104-89 win
The only Game 7 that MIN ever played was on May 19, 2004. A game vs the Sacramento Kings in the 2004 Semifinals. This series will have a Game 7 that is 20 years to the day of that game.

    Hey Edward, If you read this comment, here is what you need to do to get your team to win game 7. you need to play aggressively next game. Denver defensively double team you in last 6 games. they will do the same in game 7. You still have to drive the ball to the basket regardless. The point is you eventually wear out Denver team. if they are out of steam, they will miss shot offensively. Watch for those 3 points hot hand shooter…don't let them shoot 3 points, let Denver score 2 points inside. You have to give all you have…don't stand idle…Move, move. You have to wear out their defend. MJ only score 30 points when he got a first ring. if you drive the ball to the basket, else you will be going to Disneyland.

    Hope Minnesota timberwolves can win in game 7 at the home court of Denver nuggets team, hope Minnesota timberwolves cannot be scared to play there even is not your home court advantage.. hope you didn't mine that . hope you can play only your super very best or great play only .i know the Denver nuggets team is the depending champion..but what Denver nuggets can do Minnesota timberwolves also can do..your equal cause denver nuggets playera have healthy two eyes, hands and body you have also Minnesota timberwolves..so the play of Denver nuggets more on screen phay and 3 points play.. Minnesota timberwolves can do also that..get only the screen Minnesota timberwolves..dont allow that Minnesota..hope Minnesota timberwolves you can monitor your scores always..hope you cannot allow Minnesota timberwolves to over scores your team every quarter.. hope your team only can over scores or top the Denver nuggets every quarter..dont allow to get a lot of errors or turn over Minnesota timberwolves cause it can cause of your loss of your team..

    Dude nuggets let them win they wanna end it on there home floor trust me oldest trick in the book now timberwolves have to go in a environment that isn’t there as young team pressure is on they definitely not winning game 7

    I’m so over sports now the timberwolves came out hot the first two games and exposed the nuggets they literally had the answers to beating this team and you mean to tell me they lost 3 games straight all of sudden and then in game 6 they back to doing the nuggets the same way they did them the first two games so they can force a game 7 all just to dress it up to make the nuggets win in game 7. There’s no authenticity in the game of sports anymore they put these organizations in the wrong type of hands now these games be tampered with and make them go in the direction that the big wigs want it to go. This is why I barely watch sports anymore. The timberwolves was literally about to sweep them at first. All of this just so they can make more money. Sports is literally built on politics these days

    The NBA is so rigged. Denver was clearly point shaving. As much as I want MJ 3.0 to move on in the playoffs, I’m sure the NBA and Refs make sure Denver wins on Sunday.

    As a long time nuggets fan, I give the Timberwolves lots of respect how they been playing. I think Mavs vs. Wolves would be an intense series too.
