Bane is a better fit than Mitchell. More efficient and a slightly better defender

Chemistry matters (ask Phoenix) so we should not rock the boat on the chemistry built by our Big 3. Also, Bane has not yet peaked in his career
Mike Conley is a Memphis gem.
I will lose respect for this franchise if they do such a foolish thing! Learn from these failed Super teams, Suns and Clips. We have three suitable stars, build role players around them!
