As a fan, I have no interest in the Spurs trading for Trae Young. Atlanta would draft too much capital and Young has a big contract. Two big reasons not to deal.

From what I remember, Murry was upset because he got traded. He didn’t want out of San Antonio and his resentment towards the team came because of the trade. they use that he had in Atlanta. He did not happen in San Antonio so I don’t think that would be a problem if he came back for that reason. I didn’t like what he said after he left however, If you listen to the full interviews, it was more about them trading him because he asked for more money even though he was averaging me triple double numbers. That they would give him an extension with more money rather than trade him.
