Is this starting lineup good enough to make the playoffs?

Assuming they have average bench rotation.

Point hart would he interesting. Seems like a great lineup to run and gun

  2. scorpino33

That squad would easily be playing us in the ECF

  3. I didnā€™t watch Randle carry a lineup with Elfrid Payton, Reggie Bullock and RJ Barrett in it to be disrespected like this

Honestly, itā€™s a better team than the 2020/21 roster lol. Hart > Elf, Randle = Randle, Mitch = Mitch, OG > RJ, Burks > Bojan

  5. Honestly 100% this team is like a 4-7 seed .

And ironically also one of the better defensive units out there lmao .

If hart and Randle learn the pick and roll ā€¦. Oh boy . Corner 3s , lob city with Mitch . And a rolling Julius .

IHart dealing with a shoulder too. What we missing? A concussion next?

Weā€™ve really never seen Randle and Bogi play together but Iā€™d imagine heā€™d thrive in ways that Grimes and Bullock never did

This line up would beat Indy in 5 games

Robinson Mitchell has the most untimely injuries of all time.

Hornets fan here. Itā€™s honestly crazy how injured yā€™all are. Rooting for the Knicks though. Do you reckon youā€™ll trade Randle next season? He really doesnā€™t seem vital to your success, and he gets injured too often. Feel like you would be better off with two sturdy roleplayers instead, for more depth

This is actually a pretty sick lineup. Imagine OG and Hart smothering your backcourt?

I know people don’t like hearing it, but I think Lebron would fit in good with this Knicks squad imo. Bog off there bench and I think it could have championship potential.

We could almost form a working human body with all the different parts injured here

Thereā€™s no PG but this is at worst a Play In team.

This is the weirdest Captain Planet lineup ever.

  16. YurtlesTurdles

Might as well add Brunson for his foot and then i’d obviously take the hospital team over what were sending out there.

Julius Randle took a lineup with Elfrid Payton and Reggie Bullock in it to the playoffs. I donā€™t see why not

    By talent? Yes.

By the positional distribution of that talent? Absolutely not.

For fuck sake there are zero guards in that image. Hart maybe. But heā€™s spent the last month playing forward averaging Denis Rodman level rebounds so calling him a guard is a stretch.

Good luck getting the ball up the floor against McConnell. And when that fails imagine doing the same thing against Jrue Holiday

They’re probably good for around 85 points with solid defense so I’d say yes. Having Bogey and OG on the corners would allow Randle to absolutely cook. If Randle shit 40% from 3, this lineup is actually deadly. I think if forced to, OG would be perfectly fine playing 2nd fiddle. Mitch and OG are both DPOY candidates as well if both are healthy. If you gave Bogey this kind of room and let him shoot everything, he’d easily make over 200 3s. I think they’d be a top 4 seed assuming we still have a good bench.

Close. It would need a legit PG but give me any PG, Hart, Anunoby, Randle, and Mitch and I think thatā€™s a 6th seed easily. Obviously a 2 seed if that PG is Brunson.

As it stands I guess Hart can run point, but thatā€™s not a playoff team for sure. Itā€™s possible play-in or like 7-8 seed, but not guaranteed.
