Pretty much the only veteran player that I have seen come to OKC and then disparage the situation afterwards. Seems to me like he was the problem.
I had gone pretty easy on Hayward and tried to make excuses, but unless this is wildly taken out of context and twisted around… wow. He got a LOT more play time than he’d ever justified on the floor, and in those minutes he was completely useless. Passed out of open looks, didn’t really put his teammates into position to score, he basically contributed nothing despite getting so many opportunities that people were calling for Coach D’s head. See you later Gordon, keep that head firmly up your ass.
