I can’t even imagine how challenging your upbringing has been bronny 🙁 poor thing

It’s crazy that he’s not allowed to create his own career narrative. Grown men will amplify their hate and criticism of him just because of his direct genetic ties to an all-time great, and sports media headlines will go wild if he doesn’t meet expectations. By the time Bron retires, a vacuum of hate will likely be there, and will burden the kid. I hope I’m wrong and over exaggerating.

I get it, son of a billionaire athlete he’s not supposed to have feelings or anything, just be rich and happy, bad Bronny lol. I understand what he’s saying though, he wants to make his own name. It’s tough when people already have preconceived notions about you because of who your father is just like we’re seeing this thread lol. I hope he makes it though.

Homie just wants to hoop with no expectations. He doesn’t even strive to be an all time great. He would probably be satisfied being around for a long time like Pj Tucker or iggy but the media wants the second coming so bad.

I hope that wherever he ends up, there will be a solid veteran PG or presence that will have his back down the road.

I feel bad about this kid.

Wish he had friends to tell him to learn code.

I don’t think he’s even had a taste yet. Once he receives death threats and other crazy shit from the Laker fan base, he’s gonna be like “fuck this shit”

Get out of here with that nonsense; 7 billion people wish they were him. Thats a fact
PowerTrip55
I feel so bad for him. If he thinks it’s bad now, wait til he gets to the league. People are going to salivate at the opportunity to cross up or dunk on LeBron’s son. I feel like he’s literally always gonna have crosshairs on him.
hourles
Still think he should do another year of college. He’s got potential.

This kid has so much more pressure than his dad I feel bad for him. Sr was a grown ass man at 18 and was ready for the spotlight at his age. Idk how many of yall remember, but Lebron is still the only dude I know that had all the hype and actually lived up to it…for 20 years.
In that same light, people have been expecting bronny to be the next big thing since he was an infant…then his dad has always been there for his basketball journey and kept saying he wanted to play w his son.
By 2018 we all kind of knew jr wasn’t going to be the next lbj but people still had high expectations from him. The older jr gets, the less he lives up to his version of hype and the more people shit on him.
Basketball is all we know about bronny and he ain’t even THAT good. Seems like he just chose basketball because he felt that’s what he was supposed to pick.
Bryce on the other hand is gonna dominate once he gets in the nba. He actually got his daddy’s genes.

I’m sorry, I get that he’s got a unique challenge that none of us could ever experience or fathom (growing up in the shadow of his father’s global greatness), but at the same time he’s got a unique privilege of being born to a billionaire with almost unlimited resources and notoriety to get him this opportunity. Oh and btw even if he fails, any other professional venture he tries will be fully-funded by his father, or he’ll get another “fast lane” to some completely different vocation (e.g. media production, sports agency/representation, marketing/social media, restauranteur/franchising, etc)

Crazy because hes being treated like Thanasis I promise on everything I’d take him over Pat Bev, right now. When it starts clicking hes going to be lights out and efficient on an other worldly scale

Dude would be playing at a community college if it wasn’t for his pops
donta5k0kay
He’d get less hate if he did things the right way. He’s complaining about his name while using his dad’s legacy to further himself.
You don’t declare for the NBA draft after the year he had.
