This was really the key to winning chips. Unless you’re ultimately stacked like wade bosh and bron all in thier primes you can get away with vet min bench. We had kobe a solid 1# pau a solid #2 a 6man in lamar and solid role players. Fisher was never an all star caliber player but I would trust him to his that shot. Bynum was coming into his own.

Didn’t the lakers make playoffs the following year, swept by the Mavs, proceed to blow it up by trading for a star name Dwight and and aging pg name Nash.
