Sixers Must Have Their EYES On These Trade Targets!

Sixers Must Have Their EYES On These Trade Targets!

making a part two of last video If you haven’t seen that go check it out before or after this video so I’m going over trade targets I would be interested in rumors have been swirling that’s biased we’ll sign with the Pistons for a while now I think this is finally the time the Sixers will get back something in return for Tobias I have three candidates on the Pistons for a sign in trade Situation Number One probably my favorite of the three Isaiah Stewart another opportunity to have a legitimate double big lineup because he can certainly play next to Joel embiid he has been miscast as a center on the Detroit Pistons has played in lineups with Jaylen durren and even James wisman at times he add a ton of lineup versatility sizewise the average 10.9 points while shooting 38% from three on four attempts per game he started out his career as a hustle first player in his second season he average 3.2 offensive rebounds per game he has some switch ability defensively adds himself secondary Rim protection since he’s listed at 68 with a 74 wingspan has some pop off the dribble and can draw Closeouts at his size I think there’s high potential for him to be a high impact player but early in his career he has been hurt and probably demotivated by constantly losing in Detroit number two jayen Ivy I’ve seen a lot of Malik monk love rightfully so I love him on the team but you will have to overpay for him to land in Philly Jaden Ivy’s career reminds me of a young Malik monk both started on tanking teams struggled consistency wise but one thing was obvious they had insane speed with the basketball in their hands and scoring ability on the basketball court to keep them around in the NBA for a while instead of spending top tier money on Malik monk go get Jaden Ivy it’s riskier CU he’s not proven but it could swing your team considering he’s only making 7.3 million and is rumored to get around 25 million Jaden Ivy averaged 15.2 points per game 3.8 assists per game and averaged 5.2 assists during his rookie season his minutes in roll reduced under new head coach Monty Williams it seemed like they kind of bued heads at times the backcourt fit next to Cade seems questionable as well since both need the ball and both are suspect catch and shoot Shooters that’s the one thing about Tyrese Maxi he fits with anyone in the back court because of his off ability which is arguably his best ability offensively so getting a inconsistent 22-year-old with potential seems possible and worth the risk number three Quinton Grimes I kind of see him as the DeAnthony Melton replacement in no world should the Sixers waste money on Deany Melton undersized can’t finish at The Rim consistently has been dropping in the playoffs throughout his whole entire career and also has injury concerns Quinton Grimes is that protot typical 3 and D guard at the two position with the Knicks he started 90 games for them average 8.6 points while shooting 5 threes a game at 38% his confidence seems to be the issue it can waver at times there is definitely a 13 15 Point per game guy in there somewhere he will turn 24 years old this season he’s ready to make a jump maybe it’s this season but I think a team has to fully believe in him and give him consistent run through the Stakes to see that from him I liked him a lot out of college from Houston and if you want Melton back why not just get him considering he’s only making 4.2 million well Melton probably gets around 10 to 15 million any of those three players would be great and it would be nice to finally get something in return for eating that disgusting Tobias Harris contract darl Mory owes us now I’m going go to a polarizing trade Target but he brings much needed athleticism him in rebounding and I think he would be such a great fit next to Maxi and Joel embiid To Be Honest John Collins he averaged 15 points 8.5 rebounds a game 2.3 offensive rebounds per game for the Jazz he’s another guy who allows you to run a double big lineup with Joel embiid he’s only 69 but plays way bigger he basically plays like another Center out there at times on the offensive glass and in terms of having a secondary rim protector he can even play the small ball five if you want to my favorite thing about him though is he loves contact always looking for it inconsistent but capable from the three-point line 37% on three attempts per game Kelly UB turning into one of our best perimeter Defenders and PJ Washington turning into one of the best defenders in the playoffs I mean John Collins has all the tools super athletic extra rim protector on the court is very very physical loves playing through physicality plays confident and fights for rebounds he’d be a damn good fit but fans probably don’t even want him because he can brick threes from time to time even though there is more to spacing than shooting AK being a positive cutter being a lob threat at The Rim being effective in the dunker spot all three of those things apply to John Collins at an elite level bring him in now I’m going to go over some role players on nice Team friendly contracts let’s go to Oklahoma City Canen Rich Williams I have no idea why he wasn’t in the rotation for them NBA politics that’s what it will do for you lowkey embarrassing while Josh giddy was getting minutes very good Defender can shoot the three ball and he hustles his nickname is Kenny hustle for a reason he barely got minutes this year but he’s a winning player who doesn’t have to put up any points to swing some momentum to your team he can fit in any lineup he even ran Center at 66 for the Thunder at times because he plays is way bigger than his actual size going to the Charlotte Hornets I got my eyes set on two players number one Cody Martin it’s so clear he’s a winning basketball player he’s been plagued with injuries and the constant trashness of the Hornets has affected his impact he’s a player who is more valuable to a winning ready team than a tanking team just a really good Team Defender like his brother nothing special offensively inconsistent but also capable of doing a little bit of everything when he’s confident it’d be pretty cool to trade for him and then sign his brother in free agency both are high-end role players with high Motors they were number ones in college playing the LeBron James role for Nevada and most of the time when those players buy into being role players and buying in defensively and doing the little things at the next level that’s when they really make an impact and they have done that thus far next up Nick Richards would be a steal only making 5 million over the next two seasons he’s a seven-footer legit SF footer with the 7 fo4 wingspan would be a great backup center average eight rebounds per game in 26 minutes last season 1.1 block per game as well can be a lob threat rebound and protect the rim basically everything you need in a backup center going over to Memphis another risky young player to buy into uh zire Williams he has one more year on his rookie deal hasn’t gotten an extension I don’t think he will I think the Grizzlies are ready to move on from him he has shown flashes but nothing consistent and they have a bunch of young players with his archetype so I think they move on but the physical gifts are there he he can be great um but also he can be a bust 69 610 wingspan the hope for him is to develop into a Jaden McDaniel sort of player only 22 years old might be worth a swing if he becomes available that’s all I got though um let me know your thoughts in the comments section below give me some trade guys free agents whatever give me somebody you’re thinking about that you want on the Sixers that would be a great fit have yourself a great day and peace out

  1. Deanthony melton is an ideal fit, he plays exceptional defense next to Maxey. His value is lowered because of injuries, sixers should absolutely sign him to small deal. I do like all of the backup center options you mentioned, it might be time to move on from Paul Reed. Reed will probably be awesome somewhere else but his role here just hasn’t worked in the playoffs.

  2. Ivey kinda makes sense because we need a point guard. Maxey isn't a good playmaker and his playmaking limitations were very visible when Embiid was off the floor in the Knicks series. Our offensive rating was under 80!!!! In those minutes. We need a PG in and badly.

  3. NBA championship GM Tim Connelly is available for the picking. Start with replacing Daryl Morey

  4. Sixers should pounce if Giddey becomes available. Trade this years 1st and whatever makes the money work for Giddey. Nurse would turn Giddey into an allstar. Okc does have the patients, they have too many picks and players.

  5. Stewart could be a Naz Reid type of player. The 76ers should have traded him for Tobias on trade deadline. I’d rather have Jonathan Isaac than John Collins he’s elite defender can play 4 and 5.

  6. Get to the Mavs and Dante Exum,
Morey will swing for a star, so we need a value contract, 3 million, 1 year left, Dallas either need to pay him or sell him, and they can't pay him with Kyrie and Doncic holding his position and cap space.
Coach Nick won't play young guys so we need experience.
Dante is 28, has been cut from the NBA due to injury/form. Went to Europe and worked on his game, won regular playing time, 20 minutes a game, 55 games, he had to earn his way in as a last minute signing.
When either Doncic or Kyrie were out he regularly balled out, multiple 20+ games, shooting splits 50/50/80 for the season and the guy is 6"5 220 pounds and defends hard, because hungry dogs want to get fed.
