   [The new arena will be at the site of the former Cox Convention Center, which ceased operations in 2021.    Imagine being billionaires owning a sport franchise that makes billions and asking for the citizens of the town to pay for their new stadium. What was it the citizens of OKC are paying $850 mill of a $900 mill stadium? How anyone thinks that’s a good deal is beyond me, and the only reason it passed is because they fear mongered everyone into thinking they were going to leave.
