Edwards and LeBron 100% should have been second team all NBA. Brunson by the numbers maybe should be second or third but honestly his impact on the Knicks really deserves some first team all NBA love.
Durant and especially Leonard being second team above LeBron is a joke however. At the same time it’s a brutal reminder of how shit the roster construction and coaching staff was that we got this kind of year out of LeBron, and an even better year out of AD and only ended up a 7 seed. Complete travesty all around.

Lebron is the only here who was on a play-in team. Everyone else had a higher seed team. That plays a factor. The All NBA team selection is not an individual stat contest. Seeding impacts selection too.

Not fair to compare guards to forwards IMO. They have different responsibilities. Edwards is on a significantly better roster that is much deeper. I agree with LeBron over Kawhi and KD though.

LeBron has been so dominant for so long that he just gets passed over for awards he should get. He should have more Defensive selections, a DPOY, multiple more MVPs, and a bunch more first or second team all nba instead of these third teams
