This is how the NFL is across the board. I played on 6 different teams. All was like this. And they weren't even the best teams to play for. Shit was great. I miss that treatment.
I was watching a baseball podcast and the interviewer asked why the dodgers always seem to bring up great talent and he said basically the same thing here. That the dodgers were one of the first teams to start treating their minor leaguers well. Getting them hotels, meals, trainers, etc.Shows that treating your players well boosts good results.
