Bronny James Will Work Out For The Phoenix Suns Before NBA Draft (My Thoughts)

that’s right you guys it is being reported that the Phoenix Suns will conduct a workout with bronny James ahead of the 2024 NBA draft and you know what that means LeBron James is coming to the Phoenix [Music] Suns but seriously you guys there is a lot to talk about here and I actually have a few questions about this so let’s just jump right into the video and you guys one of my biggest takeaways from this report is what was put out in the original tweet and it goes on to say that Phoenix has the number 22 overall pick and bronny James is among several players in consideration so it’s not like they are just working out bronny James alone there’s a lot of other players that are in consideration but it also goes on to say that bronny James has over 10 workout invitations and is expected to only visit a few which obviously includes the Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Lakers so again it’s not like Brony is just working out for the Suns and Lakers and that’s it there’s a few other teams and who knows what that means for bronny James and those teams that he’s going to be working out for so I just wanted to make that clear to Suns fans it’s not like he’s just working out for the Phoenix Suns alone like there are other teams and other players in consideration here and also you guys sham shiria of the athletic was on the pat mcaf show I hope I said that guy’s name right right I probably didn’t and here’s what sham shiria had to say I think the vision is is having a long NBA career having a Runway and whether that’s in La whether that’s elsewhere I’m told he has over 10 NBA invites to work out right now he had Pro he had a pro day um the other day uh on Wednesday in Los Angeles he worked out at the combine last week I think there’s there’s obviously you know team’s really looking at the way he shoots the way he is right now we KN we know about the cardiac arrest last year but he looks like he’s in good shape and I actually I talked to some teams he might have even booked up just a little bit uh since the season ended but he has over 10 NBA invites um I’m told one other team that bronny James will be working out for is the Phoenix Suns before the NBA Draft so the Suns have the number 22 overall pick he’s among several players under consideration and this is where the questions start really rolling in you guys will bronny James even be available by the time the Phoenix Suns make the 27 overall pick and do the Phoenix Suns even keep this pick because you guys know on draft day picks get traded all the time that’s kind of what makes the draft so fun and what if like some other team after the lottery takes him off of the board what like what if bronny James goes like 18th overall or something like that like some team takes that big risk that high reward kind of thing and they just say screw it we’re going to draft bronny James who knows what it’s going to look like you guys that’s that’s one thing that’s going to be really exciting about the 2024 NBA draft and after bronny James participated in the NBA draft combine earlier this month he went on to say and I quote my dream has always just been to put my name out make a name for myself and of course get to the NBA which is what everyone’s end goal is here I’ve never thought about playing with my dad but of course he’s brought it up a couple of times I love that quote and as many of you guys know the Phoenix Suns did just announce their g-league affiliate team the valley Suns and I believe the only question that has been answered is will bronny James want to play in the g-league for a little bit and I think it’s already been answered because bronny James agent Rich Paul was asked that by Chris Haynes in a bleach report article and this is what he had to say Bleacher Report asked the question is it true that you wouldn’t sign bronny to a two-way contract and Rich Paul said and I quote yes that’s absolutely true teams know that I’m not doing that close quote and at the end of the day you guys that does make a lot of sense I mean Rich Paul obviously has to do what’s best for his client bronnie James also LeBron James so it does make a lot of sense that he will not sign a two-way contract and play in the G League even though for us Suns fans it would be a lot of fun to see bronny James play for for our brand new g-league team the valley Suns and in a weird way you guys I feel like this is not the last that we are going to hear about this bronny James Phoenix Suns workout thing so I’m sure I’ll make like a part two to this video or I’ll do like a live show or something like that there are just so many questions and thoughts about bronny James working out for the Phoenix Suns and being drafted by the Phoenix Suns and all that stuff that comes with it LeBron James so where you’re just going to have to wait and see you guys the draft is still about a month away from the time of the recording of this video so we’re just going to have to wait and see but do
