🚀🚀🚀🚀: Trade Number 1 Scenario: Jock, Tate, the
2024 3rdpick via BKN and the Nets pick in 2026 along with Reggie to the Nets in return for Bridges.
Bridges did the Rockets front office a huge favor by not playing up to the expectations this season
aftershowing out after the initial trade to Brooklyn
fromPhenix. Earlier during the season a rumor of the Rockets offering all of the Nets picks back for Bridges along with JG was declined and worked out in Houston's favor as Mika looked significantly worse and Jalen carried Houston to a .500 record and almost a play-in birth. Because of the struggles Bridges had the entire season it should be a bit easier for Houston to construct a trade with Brooklyn without having to give up one of their core players.
🚀🚀🚀🚀: Trade Number 2 Scenario : 3 Team Trade: Houston Trades Jock, Reggie, Picks: 2026 BKN, 2026 Round 2 to the 76ers for Tobias Harris. Houston Trades Tate, Pick: 2027 Round 1 swap with BKN for Luke Kennard
This trade scenario has something in common with the first one and that common thing is that the main trade piece should be easy to have as the Tobias Harris hasn't played up to the standards that's expected of
him. Harris, scoring O points in 29 minutes of game 1 of the playoffs against the Knicks. In fact, the entire series he averaged 6.3 points a game shooting 31 percent from the field and 18 percent from 3. I'd say Tobias stent is done in Philly and a change of scenery is what he needs after he averaged 17, 6, 3 on 48% shooting
from the field. Although his his numbers in the play in didn't reflect how he played in the regular season.piece should be easy to have as the Tobias Harris hasn't played up to the standards that's expected believe under Udoka his game will be elevated even higher. One of the biggest needs for this team is shooters. That's what you'll get with Luke Kennard of who averaged 11 points a game shooting 45% from the
field and 45% from 3. Out of all of the trades this might be the toughest to pull off as I don't really see Memphis parting ways with him without a good fight.
Overall the second trade is what I'd try to pull off as we're still able to keep that 3rd pick and draft accordingly. Sorry for typing so much but I just wanted to give a somewhat realistic trades with reasons. Let me know what you guys think should happen.

These are really bad trade ideas
I don’t understand the fascination with this guy. Very good player, but he doesn’t make us a contender.
Brooklyn would have to their control over 25 and 26 back in any scenario involving Bridges, that would be their baseline. Whether he’s worth that is a different argument.
I don’t think they value the 24 pick very highly, even though it’s #3 overall. They have zero draft picks this year and I don’t think they have done as much draft work as they typically would, no draft visits or interviews etc.
These are horrible trade ideas.
Let’s start with the 76ers deal: If it wasn’t for Jordan Poole everyone would be talking about how underperforming Harris is relative to his contract. Bringing in a veteran journeyman in Kenard makes no sense. Disrupts team chemistry to bring in a guy with a mid ceiling. With a young core you want stability and we have the vets in place to support them and coach Ime. What production (and wins) would Harris & Kenard provide that we don’t already have (that are already on team friendly deals)?
As for the nets deal: why? You only give up multiple players for a superstar. Getting a solid starter plus picks is at best no improvement. At worst it thins out our depth (we had a ton of injuries this season), stalls our wing growth (Tari, Cam, Amen) and adds another year to our build timeline.
We already have enough picks for a solid rebuild. Why is everyone obsessed with getting more and more picks? The blueprint is there a la OKC and Denver. Draft smart. Be stable. Sign the right vets to thrive in niche roles.
So far we’ve done that. Tilman has let Stone done his thing. Let’s give Stone & Ime another year or two before blowing up this core. The league consensus is that we’re ahead of schedule and the biggest thing that derailed last season was a slow start (& injuries).
I like Jock
Tobias Harris

Two firsts and role players for Mikal. Yeah I think we do that deal.
