Orlando Magic Interested In D’Angelo Russell
d’angel Russell could be going to Orlando Orlando ladies and gentlemen is interested in him he is according to Kelly aeko he’s has an $18.7 million option we did talk earlier that he did you know the Lakers did talk a trade where they would have sent him and sent him to the Nets the Nets would have sent probably to Ron holes and Dennis Schroeder and a pick to the Hawks the Fox would have gotten a pick and two picks one from actually probably no picks from the Nets two picks from the Lakers Dennis rer and donon sharp and then Deonte Murray to the Lakers but there’s a chance the DLo could get like four years $ hundred million this off season so why why would he pass that up seriously like why would he pass that up that’s like really good money and to me it just doesn’t make any sense to to do that otherwise so we’re hearing that our man D could go there because the idea Jaylen Suggs dezel Russell I mean they still have Cole Anthony Anthony black but they could figure that out later they this is a team that everyone’s like oh if they could get the shooting down they could be pretty decent and I agree like this is a team that if they could get the shooting down they could be pretty decent and I I feel like that’s something that they haven’t been able to do since the beginning is get the shooting down and I I’m I’m happy that they put themselves into a position to be able to go ahead and still have the cap space to probably offer D not a Max contract if maybe a four-year deal or they do a twoyear deal again two years here’s $40 million here’s two years $50 million so they don’t handicap themselves and I think that’s that’s that’s good that puts them in a position where oh it’s you know not the end of the world I don’t know I don’t think it’s it’s not over but I I’m curious to hear your guys’ opinions what would you guys do if you were a fan of of the Lakers or the the magic I’m I’m an Orlando Magic fan I would take DLo on a 2-year deal I don’t want to put us on a four-year deal he’s just such a volatile player that you just don’t know if you’re going to consistently get the a guy that can you know you’ll perform at a high level consistently I think that’s the the fear that you have bringing in a guy like DLo so I think that’s what you have to think about if you want to go and get somebody like him but still he’s a good player similar thing about this next guy

Russell, who has a $18.7 million player option, shot a career-best 41.5% on threes for the Lakers this season.
Alongside Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner in Orlando, Russell could fit very well with his perimeter-oriented offensive attack.
