and in defending our freedoms and uh most of all folks enjoy your holiday just be safe all right I’m going to be looking at the game four of the Eastern Conference Finals today between the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers and this common theme that I’ve been professing you guys right along applies today to the first half total in this game and um I’ve been telling you from the get-go think like an odds maker and you’ll be one step ahead of the average Bearer when it comes sports betting Now by doing so that doesn’t guarantee you’re going to win all the time however um there’s a good possibility you’re going to win more than the average person by doing so and uh again uh I’ll explain exactly why this applies to the first half total in this game in just a moment but folks as that’s the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers and boy oh boy uh the Indiana Pacers down three 0 in a series um and they lose game one in overtime uh they lose game three by three they got inside the number as a uh Underdog and uh in game three they they blew a pair of 18-point leads one in the first half and one in the second half so you have to wonder um just how much they’ll have left in the tank mentally at this point down three but in any event I can’t worry about that I’m going to look at the first half total here and um here’s the thing folks the total in this game for the entire game is 222 and a half the total in the first half is 114 what’s that telling you well the odds makers are making the first half total 51.2% of what the game total is and logically if you took 114 as a first half total you would think the total would be somewhere in the area between 227 and a half and 229 for the game but it’s at 222 and a half so what they’re telling me here is they fully expect a high-scoring first half and I agree with them I mean if you look at uh the Boston Celtics they’re 18 and four to the over uh in the first half on the first half total in their last 22 games H versus an opponent that allows 116 plus points per game uh that’s this season and let me repeat that Boston 18 and4 to the over against the first half total uh in 22 games this year in her last 22 games excuse me this SE season versus an opponent like Indiana that allows 116 points or more per game and uh those first half numbers there there was a combined 122 2.7 points scored per contest in those last 22 games with Boston being this identical situation Indiana over their last 25 games have played 18 and seven to the over in the first half when facing an opponent like Boston who scores 116 points or more per game and uh those 25 contest averaged a uh enormous 126. one points per contest scored in the first half Indiana’s played Seven home playoff games this season and they’re averaging 65 points per game at the half uh and that includes 69 points in game three uh against Boston a game they played without their uh star point guard tyreus halberton and it looks like that’s going to occur once again today so uh for those of you who like to um always overemphasize injury reports folks again I don’t get caught up in that because it’s all built into the line but if you really want to ask me that question uh well they scored 69 in the first half in the last game against the Celtics team uh and they did so without uh Tyrese Alberton Boston by the way 57 plus points scored in the first half of seven of eight games versus Indiana this year Boston over the last 15 games has averaged 60.7 points per game uh scored at halftime so uh a lot of good stuff here to points toward the going over the total in the first half in this game that’s exactly the route I’m going to take I’m going Boston Indiana over 114 in the first half here’s a a suggestion for you if we cash in on our first half total here and and we get 115 or more in the first half here I would uh make a probably a 25% to 50% of what you wage on this play on the under for live betting in the second half so what I’m trying to say here folks um the way I see it and the way this first half total is with the game total is looking for a higher first half scoring and a lower second half scoring here so if you play $100 to go over the total of 114 here in the first half $25 to $50 on a live bet uh to go under the total in the second half okay so probably let’s put it this way hypothetically if we get to 115 116 or more you’re going to see a total much higher than the original game total of 222 and a half and uh we’ll try to cash in and hit the jackpot here so there you have it there’s my advice for game four
