[Windhorst] “Daryl Morey has been trying to sign LeBron for a decade now. Multiple different opportunities, and of the teams that have a chance to win the championship next year, the only team with cap space that could offer LeBron and Max contract is the 76ers.”

Earlier in the clip (around 3:00 mark here) Windhorst notes: “When you look at the options, the Lakers are still in a very very strong position. I would be surprised if he’s not a Laker.”

It’s shameful they have to push these stories when Bron and the Lakers are out of the playoffs. Yall can’t come up with a segment for Kyrie? KAT? Naz Reid? There’s no good stories with Indy or Boston? Do better.

He’d be more likely to win a championship there but I doubt he’d wanna leave his family or move his family to Philadelphia for the 2 years he has left in the league

who the hell gonna leave LA to go live in Philly?? it only works in the other direction…

  4. Windy stays eating off Lebron’s nuts. It’s crazy. My god.

Good luck with a lateral move then lmfao LeBron’s not winning with Philly. The farthest they’d go is the ECF and he got that far before with AD while being in LA in a much tougher conference. Tired of the media’s agenda.

Everyday it’s a new team. Tomorrow it’s gonna be the Hawks. Lol

Can’t OKC give Lebron on max contract too?

I think that might be Lebrons best option to win a championship.

Trade Giddy for a nice complementary piece and replace Giddy with LBJ

they can offer a max for sure. but no one in their right mind would want to play in philly. theyll boo the shit out of you if things start to go wrong

Shock horror that a gm wants to sign one of the best players in the league

I truly don’t think LeBron wants to win so badly that he’ll leave the Lakers. Lakers would basically have to not want him to come back.

BREAKING NEWS: There’s hot air coming out of Windhorst’s mouth

  12. _TIMBER_

Hot take but is playing for the sixers a real upgrade to what the lakers can build? Embid has never made a conference finals and harden, butler have had serious issues even with better sixer rosters.

We’ve been trying to lure stars to play here but holding us hostage for years. Now, Bron should do the same to other teams. Payback time.

Let’s say Lebron and Dlo walk in the offseason. Do wenhave cap space actually sign a free agent?

  15. bee-eazy13

He’s not good enough to win as the main guy anymore. Leaving the lakers to ring chase only to be a Robin isn’t worth the hassle.

Might as well sit tight and do that in LA since he’s already here.

Bron gonna go to a team with an even more injury prone big.

I can’t stand Windy or McMenamin they toxic asf personally wouldn’t want a fatty talking about other athletes.
