What’s ironic is I cannot remember a team who choked harder and more consistently in a series than the pacers just now.
And his boneheaded plays in game one led to one of the most embarrassing chokes I can remember.

If Indians gets a real coach and their players are willing to play some D they’ll be good. Otherwise they’re just a run and gun team capable of winning some games during the regular season who happened to get lucky this postseason

Pacers didn’t win a single game against a team that wasn’t crippled with injury. Game 1 against Bucks, Dame was healthy and he dropped 33 in the first half to blow out the pacers. After that game, he was injured and Pacers won the series. In the 2nd round, they go 0-2 against the Knicks until OG goes down in game 2 and then they proceed to win the series. Now they faced Boston and they couldn’t win a single game. Even Miami won a game against Boston without Jimmy.
Absolute frauds, I think they know that they overachieved due to circumstances and they realistically should’ve been a first round exit. But I hope they had fun while it lasted

Something tells me that he won’t be doing this again. Speaking of bad karma, Reggie and the Pacers wound up losing to Shaq and the Magic in the ECF in that year (1995) as well. In fact, the Pacers are now 1-8 in ECF and no rings since 1995. I know that’s more ECF appearances than just about every other team in the NBA, including the Knicks during this span, but wow that’s a pretty embarrassing record. Talk about choking, and talk about getting a total pass from the media.
