MASSIVE Trade Incoming… Report REVEALS Andrew Wiggins on Trade Block | Warriors News

Warriors fans we have an interactive episode for you today I need you to comment your thoughts because I’m going to give you about 10 different trade scenarios I went through fans Bow’s website and they have a trade simulator so I know that they work on both ends who’s the trade for Andrew Wiggins reportedly he’s on the trade block so we’re going to break down the trades for Superstars role players how’s the money work how would the team look now with all these trades I need your support I need your comments on what works doesn’t work and what I missed Randy silver here Wars digest before we get into it y all thank you for watching we have over 2,000 views on each episode but please subscribe only 8% of the Watchers are subscribing you don’t want to miss episodes daily breaking down all the biggest Warriors news let’s get into it Andrew Wiggins per Evan cider NBA reporter The Warriors are expected to actively shop Andrew Wiggins and trade talks this offseason he has 85 million remaining on his contract over the next three years with JK John Kinga Golden State will attempt to off the Wiggins for a better fit okay so I’ve seen the comments we hear the chatter some people like this most people like this some people like no help us win the championship still in this Prime at 29 just had a down year let’s say the trad’s happening so we’re gonna go down the trade Mill and I’ve cooked up a bunch of Trades and I put them in to a trade simulator to make sure they work based off of money and draft picks so what I need you to do is hey rank the top three bottom three best worst or Randy give give me an idea I didn’t do let’s go into it trades for Andrew Wiggins LeBron KD Paul George we’ll get to all those but great to see KD back in the Jersey LeBron Steph would be fire and of course Paul George Stellar be a fun fit next to sta all right first trade Raptors Wiggins goes to the Raptors who do we get back Bruce Brown 64 point guard shooting guard we have to give up two first round picks Bruce Brown’s contract is a team option so he could become a free agent $23 million so the money works here because 26 million per year 23 million you can see the cap impact is basically net for plus 32 million Warriors minus 3 million that works because as we know we’re basically at the $172 million threshold now you may say how is this a good deal Randy you’re giving up two first round picks it’s because we’re giving up wigan’s salary not having to pay basically 23 $24 million per year the next three years gives you more flexibility if we don’t want to bring uh Brown back then we can what trade him at the trade deadline mid-season and you have more flexibility there and of course his contract is gone after the year and you have flexibility you don’t need those draft picks because you’re going to go sign somebody and you have the money to do it so it’s option one it worked again tell me your thoughts option two still with the Raptors now you’re giving up Moody a first round draft pick that’s favorable and a second round pick you get back Bruce Brown Cruz boser and a first round pick back brusher and brown both have one year left in the contract and you get a first round of course Moody I know a lot of you all say keep Moody we need to play him more so this would be a big hurt to give up Moody however you’re getting a first round back you’re losing a first round gaining a second round probably not the best it’s again it’s all about the cap flexibility being able to sign people if you’re going to play Wiggins you’re going to play Brandon Steph excuse me not wigin g to play kaminga Brandon Steph Dre kjd kjd Trace Jackson Davis excuse me then you need Moody as the backup to come in at the shooting guard potentially maybe for a little bit he did that last year could play some too I don’t like this trade it worked just an idea next trade here we go Wizards Kyle kma and why is this smart we need three-point shooting we know when he’s on he’s one of the better three-point Shooters in the association to get him Wiggins we have to give up Moody a first round pick kaminga excuse me kusma three years left at 24 million so overall good impact for the Warriors 8.5 million down in the cap over the lifespan of that deal you can see here again kma 23 million Wiggins 26 million so it gives you some flexibility to go sign potentially another player we look at the size kma is a tall power forward 69 could slot to the small forward then you have of course Draymond play to four Trace Jackson Davis play the five but giving up a first round protected top three probably not going to be there so we’re going to lose that pick no way we’re going to be in the top three if we are then things have gone terrible so you’re going lose a first round pick 2027 ideally you’re probably still in that mid the high range but if the Things Fall Apart you have the first round pick so this could work helps with size shooting rebounding he’s not known as the best defender but can be a solid play okay here we go now we’re getting into some creative ones Zack LaVine slasher scorer all around good player but you got to give up Wiggins Looney and Moody to make this happen that’s a lot to give up tjd is probably your starting center they’re going the next year Looney will back him up again it’s nice to have Looney obviously can go and start great team player losing Moody we talked about and of course Wiggins you need to do this much because look at this LaVine has three years left $43 million on his contract so you got to be able to give up a lot of money to make it happen and we do this together this is basically $39 million it puts you 40 million puts you right there we’d have to deal with Moody’s option to make it happen but lavine’s been out there you put Lavine next to Steph and kaminga Brandon goes to the bench he’s your backup point guard with Dre and Trace Jackson Davis that’s a solid starting five the question is can LaVine stay healthy is that worth it next trade H Butler with his emo hair two years left on his deal $49 million so this is creative you got Wiggins at the 26 million and then clay at the unrestricted free AG so if clay doesn’t want to stay in Golden State he wants something new then you bring him back you can him to a 20 year 20 million deal and then use that as a sign and trade to send them over to the heat you get Jimmy at 67 small forward so then again you can have basically Steph kaminga Jimmy Trace Jackson Davis and Draymond Brandon number two player Off the Bench and again that means Chris Paul 30 million isn’t going to be there this is a pretty solid trade not going to lie this works out Jimmy stays relatively healthy two years so he’ll be dedicated this year if you don’t think it’s going to work then next offseason next year mid year you can trade him and get some draft capital or other players back you’re not going to keep Wiggins for those three years and if St EXC me St if clay was G to go you send to Miami I’m sure he’ll love to live in Miami can use his bothing skills out there and he goes to a aam team that’s competing the win in the East now I’ve seen this in the comments a couple times magic players you all want johnthan Isaac from the magic 610 power of forward $17.4 million oneye deal left he does not play a lot behind van Caro and the magic so this actually makes sense they can get some assets back you get Klay Thompson Wiggins and a second round pick it’s a lot to give up but this is why Wiggins 26 .2 million so we have to give up something potentially you don’t but the rumors are clay to the magic so we can do a sign and trade because we can’t sign Isaac outright so we do a sign and trade we give them Wiggins they get some great perimeter defense can really help them out we saw against the Cav series they need that Wiggins probably comes off the bench there maybe and then you have Clay coming off the bench to shoot and you throw in a second round to help you you can see here that the impact for the magic they have plenty of room I think I remember they have around $60 million of cap space this offseason for us we’re losing 54 million Freez this up and if Isaac doesn’t work out boom we have plenty of space coming up for the next season he slides in behind try Jackson Davis maybe starts sometimes but good fit Lori Markin I’ve seen this in the comments as well basically this is a straight up player like for like Wiggins for Markin he’s got one year left 18 million if the dra if the drafts don’t see him in the future this would be a good trade gives them some Wing dep they have Jordan Clarkson he’s more of a slasher scorer so Wiggins can come in to help and warriors will also receive a first round pick 2029 because you have to make this work markins 18 million Wiggins is 26 million throw in the first round pick $68 million type of contract we get it the Jazz have so many first round picks because of that trade of go bear to the Jazz Mitchell to the Cavs and you would think in the trajectory they’re on kind of like what happened with OKC 2029 they’re going to be decent probably playoff team because they have so many first round picks they can go get Stars it’ll be a higher first round pick again commment your thoughts seen this one as well we talked about this Nick claxon we did a full video of Nick CL Nick Claxton Center 611 he’s unrestricted free agent so he would have to resign with the Nets on a sign and trade over to the Warriors they would need to throw somebody in as well in terms of contract so Lonnie Walker resigns and is traded over to the Warriors for Wiggins for three years Nets they get some veteran experience someone to lead the young players winning can come in and start and for the Warriers classs in 611 becomes the tallest guy on the team potentially he starts over tjd I’ve seen some back and forth if that’s a good idea or bad idea you put claxon Draymond Steep kaminga and probably Brandon that point then pretty good Lonnie Walker we saw what he did he can shoot from three from mid-range he’s a little bit streaky 6’4 plays hard gives us some good dep on the bench to be able to have a score come off and help comment your thoughts Ingram we did this trade as well talked about him good through with the Warriors you’d have to throw Looney in this one to make the money work you can see right there 36 million 34 million and then Brandon 68 he can play some point guard he would slide right in Brandon goes or Brandon Brandon psky goes to the bench so you have Steph kaminga Ingram Draymond Trace Jackson Davis good length decent size versatility and can really help us out Brandon would be very similar to what k d did for us kind of um someone we haven’t had in a while hereis some Barnes type could be a good trade again he’s got one year 36 million left so oneyear rental if it works well can resign him if it doesn’t you could trade them mid year and he’s off the books and again look at the cap hit cap impact for the Warriors plus 1 million still puts us around the 172 million what do you think cm in your thoughts thumbs up with the Suns Kevin Durant two time Champion with the Warriors two time Finals MVP two years left 51 million so this has to be tricky to work Wiggins you get clay to resign a Simon trade goes to the Suns and you have to throw in Moses Moody unfortunately you lose him and a first round pick to make the money work so Klay Thompson stays on the west coast been here his whole life easy flight to La easy flight back to the Bay can go boating on his off days and stays on the west coast times Zone family friends Wiggins part of the trade Moody sucks have to make it work you would hopefully get somebody in free agency who can maybe take the backup spot and then the first round pick 2027 so again that’s right after Curry’s contract is up right after K’s contract is up so we don’t know where we’ll be at that point KD we know what he brings left un said he slides right in so you put kaminga at two Steph at one k at the three Draymond four Trace Jackson Davis five you could even push Draymond to the five Trace Jackson Davis would go to the bench at that point Draymond four and then at the three kaminga two Brandon and one step we saw that many times where uh it was KD Steph clay Draymond and then a variation of somebody to be able to be that death lineup Andre Gala comes to mind Paul George the last trade we got for y’all we’ve seen this before again last year of his contract 48 million so Clay’s got to resign you do sign and trade to the Clippers Wiggins and you throw in a second round pick to make the money work Warriors will go down and cap when this works and Clippers actually go down as well when you look at the deal size and how it comes out clay born to rays in the LA area went grew went to high school in Santa Monica excuse me sant Monica Santa Margarita Orange County dad played for the Lakers Legend there as always said he l Kobe would be down the play for the Lakers so that works two Wiggins is gone again and then you have the second round pick from Atlanta who knows where that will be Paul George slots right in again he could play two or three Brandon goes to the bench starting will be our backup point guard and you have treace Jackson Davis and Draymond at your four and five Paul George one year left of his deal again if it’s not working halfway through the season could trade him or if it works you can trade him um resign him and then our salary tax who knows but again is he healthy enough same with KD is that a risk we’re willing to take so those are some good trades again they all worked based off of the graphs that we had so let me know if you think this is a good trade a bad trade top three bottom three if there’s something we missed go ahead and check out the website fanso and then put them in the comments and we’ll go over it again soon Wars fans fun episode 1. I don’t wanna to sell Wiggins man he is our best on ball defender he put Jason Tatum in garbage can efficiency now we know that he cannot become second option he will be fine as third or fourth option

  2. Hell no keep Wiggins. we have no need of 6"4 too small, We need Big man. Keep moody he will be better if he get to play more. Kuzma is not that great if you trade for Kuzma but additional 1round draft and 2nd round.. It's Wiggins to Kuzma straight deal no additional draft. Thats a lot to give up why need additional draft. Stop these suggestion.

  3. Why not sign Sotto he is a better player than any of your possible trade. It's all negative for Warrior losing too many good player plus future draftee. Maybe we need to trade Dunleavy he is a good GM.

  4. Either the Lauri for Wiggins or the one with Claxton looks good. The Isaac one, not so much because it will limit TJDs playtime.

  5. Can we get Lonzo for Wiggs? (Do Med Screening obviously). 60 games @ 24-30 min a night and I'd be Happy. 6 min to Start/6 min to Close plus 2nd Unit Minutes
Potential: Great Defense (On-Ball & Team). On-Ball: Point Guard. Off-Ball Catch & Shoot 3s from Steph. Orchestrate 2nd Unit.

  6. I love Klay, but he has to go. Drop Chris and pick up Jonathan Isaac. Trade for Dejante Murray. Warriors should be good

  7. I would love for us to get Jimmy I’m a warriors fan but Jimmy’s been my favorite player for awhile he’s probably the most selfless superstar in the league

  8. I think we owe it to wiggs to at least try to get him to a good spot where he can be successful. I would love to offer a trade raptors first just to see if it works for everyone, maybe for jacob poeltl. We could maybe save a couple mil and get a second rounder and help wiggs all in one.

  9. I thought that Lauri for Wiggins trade was crazy because I thought the Jazz were only getting one first rounder for Lauri. Then I realised that you had the Jazz GIVING UP a first rounder and trading Lauri for Wiggins. Absolute insanity!

  10. Overpaying for a hobbled Jonathan Isaac?

There’s far better deals out there than all of your scenarios.

  11. Wiggins as frustrating as his inconsistent play can be is actually a better fit than JK though JK obviously has a higher ceiling. I love JK and wish the team would really pivot to the future already but right now it's either him or Dray on the floor. Neither is guarded on the perimeter at all really and fuck up spacing. I think we have a big enough sample size that the days of Donkey effectively playing the 5 in ultra small ball is over.
There are too many holes in the team for any trades to really bring this team back to being a serious playoff threat. They lack everything. They have no real second option alongside Steph. They have little rim protection to speak of except to a degree with TJD who's only a rookie and a small one at that for playing the 5. Their defence was pretty bad most of the season because they are old, tiny and slow and they play like it. The defensive coaching was just atrocious.
Outside of an ageing Steph and very inconsistent play from both Wiggins and JK no one else can really pressure the rim so they end up just jacking up 3s. They are horrible in transition in both directions.
Things would be much better if the team and the fans admitted that all good things come to an end and that it's time to rebuild. Being a perennial Play-In at best team while also not drafting well gets you know where except and extended fairwell tour to Kerr and his boys and going home in April every year.

  12. I’m letting anyone who cares about the Golden State Warriors know that their time as a dynastic perennial threat to win a championship is over.

It won’t happen because the player that needs to leave is not Andrew, it’s Klay and Draymond.

Thompson is a shell of himself and so is Green. Curry looks like he’s about to slide down the hill to old age. This is just the nature of the end of great NBA dynasties.

I think it’s very foolhardy for Golden State to try to milk out for Steph Curry’s ego and to pacify the fans this false hope

  13. In what world do you give up 2 1st rounders in the Wiggins Brown trade? If anything the warriors may get 2nd round pick. Bruce Brown is gone. Nobody wants to go to Toronto. The Raptors will welcome a fellow Canadian with open arms and gladly throw a second round pick our way easily.

  14. I think in terms if getting real POTENTIAL big impact for another run – the Lavine trade is the one to go for. His value is at rock bottom, I think you don't have to include Moody (I wouldn't do so either). Wigs, Looney and two 2nd Rnd picks could be close to enough already. That's worth a shot.

Though we absolutely need to make a move for a Center as well, which makes it trickier. Can we make a move for J. Allen for example, with Looney and Wigs already gone due to the Zach trade? Potentially, though much less likely.

GSW are in a hell of a tricky situation. The only good trades are the 1s bringing the team into contention for a chip. Anything else is a waste of time. Though there aren't THAT many moves available both on the market and in terms of what GSW can offer up without destroying the few good pieces they have (trading the young guns away). I guess worst case, Moody has to be involved to get both the Center and Zach trade through – but anyone else should be off the table.

This whole things changes if Klay does wanna leave though; than new routes need to be looked at – or making sure he gets involved in a sign-and-trade to ensure we get value back for him. 3way-deal perhaps possible involving Bulls with Zach's contract? Just some ideas.

Sidenote: there are some trades suggested in the vid that just don't make sense in a realm of reality. I'd love em as a GSW fan, getting cheap bargains on players we want – but those other teams would never trade them away for what's suggested here
