The Boston Celtics advance to the NBA Finals for the 23rd time in their franchise history as they defeat the Indiana Pacers, 105-102, in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Jaylen Brown (29 points, 6 rebounds) and Jayson Tatum (26 points, 13 rebounds, 8 assists) combined for 55 points for the Celtics, while Derrick White added 16 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and a career-high 5 steals in the victory, along with the go-ahead three-pointer to give the Celtics the lead 45 seconds remaining in regulation. Andrew Nembhard tallied 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 10 assists for the Pacers in the losing effort. The Celtics win the best-of-seven series, 4-0, and will face the winner of the DAL-MIN series in the NBA Finals on 6/6 (ABC).

    Here's why the Boston Celtics' 2024 playoffs run to the finals don't count.
    1. The reason why is because in the first round, the Celtics beat an injured Miami Heat team without Jimmy Butler, Terry Rozier, Jaime Jazques Jr., Kevin Love, and Josh Richardson, who is Miami's best perimeter defender and bench scorer.
    2. Because in the second round against the Cleveland Cavaliers, they beat an injured Cleveland team without their best player, I mean superstar, Donovan Mitchell egi missed game tree, four, and five, and also Cleveland's center who was their best defender in the paint, shot blocker, and rebounder, Jerred Allen.
    3. And now, the other reason is because the Celtics just beat an injured Indiana Pacers team without their two best players, Tyrese Haliburton who missed game tree and four, and also they didn't had Mathurin who is their best scorer besides Haliburton and Siakam, off the bench too. The 2024 Celtics easily had the easiest playoffs run to the Finals in NBA history since Jorbum's weak competition in the 90s in the weak east with the Bull's superteam. The 2024 Celtics will be and always remembered as the 2024 cakewalk Micky Mouse hospital fluke champions 💩🐭🏆🤢.

    The NBA is scripted and rigged this year for the Boston Celtics to win the NBA championship this year 2024 as a tribute to Bill Russell and now Bill Walton, they both were sacrificed so that the Celtics win this year as a satanic ritual. It's clear that the NBA wants the Celtics to win this year by forcing every star player to fake injuries in the playoffs when they face the Celtics. It's not a coincidence that the Celtics are the 1st seed in the Eastern Conference this season, and they have the best record in the league overall, including compared to the Western conference. The NBA paid extra bonus to some NBA players in the East like the player like Terese Haliburton, Donovan Mitchell, Jarret Allen, Jimmy Butler, Terry Rozier, Josh Richardson, Jaime Jazquez Jr, Randle, OG Anouby, Bojan Bognanovic etc. The league forced them to fake injuries in the playoffs vs the Celtics so that the Celtics gets an easy fluke cakewalk Eastern playoff run to make the NBA finals to win the rigged and scripted NBA title and the easy hospital fluke 18th banner.     Donovan wasn't Around Much and Haliburton also wasn't around much
    The Mavs are going to Win as long as Washington Irving Luka & Jones JR. are around Too Much

    The Brown vs Tatum debate is exhausting. This is the best version of the team. When they are both scoring and making big contributions on defense, rebounding, and assists.

    Look at these matchups tho I mean tatum has tj McConnell on him in some of these. And pacers sg is way too small for Jaylen. How were these games even close??

    One thing is always guaranteed for the pacers… that somehow some way they will find a way to clutch defeat from the jaws of victory lol. 3 games they had a big lead in the 4th and blew them all. Let’s go Celtics!!!

    People used to say LeBron James had an easy path to the Finals when he was in the East. If that’s true, then what do we call the Boston Celtics’ path in 2024?
    🔸No Jimmy Butler in round 1
    🔸No Jarrett Allen or Donovan Mitchell in round 2
    🔸No Tyrese Haliburton in Game 3 of the Conference Finals
    🔸If not the Pacers, it might’ve been Milwaukee without Giannis Antetokounmpo or New York without half its team
    You have to play the team in front of you. Being the healthiest team is a required luck to win a championship. But the Celtics are entering a lose-lose situation now.
    If they win their 18th championship, it could come with an asterisk from fans. If they lose the championship, that will lead to the roasting of a lifetime.
    This was the most injury-riddled season in NBA history. When we look back on the Boston Celtics, how will we remember them?

    The narrative that the Celtics are not battle-tested is a joke. Jayson Tatum and co. have been battling for years already and it is about damn time to win it all. These haters have forgotten that in 2022, JT and the Celtics swept Kevin Durant and Kyrie. They dethroned a healthy Giannis and the Bucks, and defeated the Heat in 7. Hence, to say that they are lucky and fortunate enough to play teams that were not a hundred percent is just hilarious. The current playoffs, we have seen the maturity of Jayson Tatum, who has been maligned for whatever reasons. The Celtics are for real albeit there are times when they become tentative. Still, they can either blowout teams or closeout games. The series against Indiana is a hard-fought one. The Pacers have been juggernaut in the offensive ends. In fact, they have beaten elite teams in the regular season. But when the game is on the line, the Celtics showed us that they can win a thrilling way. While it is true that TH0 got injured, the Celtics were also missing their 3rd best player in Kristaps since the 2nd round. The Jays have tremendously improved their games on both ends. And with the help of solid role players, I see the Celtics winning it all this time with JT0 as the Finals MVP.

    JT has really evolved into one of the best all around players in the game, definitely a top 3-4 all around SF rn. If he keeps this level of play up and continues to improve his playmaking, he can go down as a top 5-6 SF of all time. Gotta get the jewelry though
