Why does bruce brown have to be traded on draft night? You have to pick up his TO to trade him regardless(that's the rules). I think you either trade him on draft night and take a longer contract or trade him later in the year. Don't see them dropping bruce unless they have a big free agent in mind. Doubt it with the Raptors.
