picking things right back up man we’re going to get into uh wrapping up some some more of last season and talking about some of those high points and then we we’re moving right into the draft the NBA draft is June 26 the Knicks sitting with two picks in this draft for right now so we got to get into our draft coverage just like previous years we got to get into our draft coverage and see is this next team going to pick up some depth are they going to make some trades let’s see how it goes so we will have some of our usual draft guest that we’ve had in previous years if you guys have a new guy if you guys have a new analyst that you guys want to bring on here to cover the draft for our Q&A leave some comments in the chat leave some comments on the video after this shout out to the replay some guests that you want to see we had Gary ve on the on the check-in yesterday shout out to Gary Vee and his team for making it happen shout out to jcal for making that happen that Gary V interview was like three years in a Mak it man you know so we we finally get it done man we stay patient we keep pushing and when things unfold we we are quick to act and so that’s what we had to do Daniel bjo in the chat says F’s been a while man salute Daniel how you feel I feel like you were just here with us half game seven you know you’re typically in here often but shout out to you man Aaron Ho salute how you feeling man Kwan Bostic salute man appreciate the Super Chat Kwan Bostic in here fan channel members K dots in here so yeah definitely check out uh the Gary ve interview we’re going to get Mavs and and the Timberwolves and touch on some more NBA Hot Topics so make sure that you guys are subscribing over there on the uh on the NBA report as well to tap in with uh with with you guys over there man shout out to Andrew shout out to Kmart team kftv salute on this off seon yeah man still still missing Nicks basketball bro I’m I’m not gonna lie to you guys man still missing Nicks basketball so either way we are going to talk about it man and Today’s Show like I said I I really want to touch on some of the unsung heroes of of this next season you know jayen Brunson obviously gets a lot of credit and we talk about what this team is able to do with injuries but we really got to start with uh with Josh Hart you know really got to start with Josh Hart because I felt like of the unsung heroes and not necessarily unsung but the non Brunson guys right The Supporting Cast guys that really stepped up in a major way this season and it starts with him to to me it’s it’s it starts with Josh Hart and so he was on the pivot podcast with Ryan Clark and uh Fred Taylor J chanon Crowder as well and so there there some takeaways that I that I want to Dish on as it relates to the Knicks uh hour 12 minute interview definitely good interview you want to head over to the pivot and check it out but the first thing I want to talk about is um Josh hard’s comments on the Knicks culture because I thought that was the foundation as far as why this team was able to go as far as they could go so here was Josh hard on the pivot in as it relates to the Knick’s culture here he goes you jumping around but like have do players fit certain cities cuz there’s guys that like you say LA’s different than New York New York’s different than Miami do guys fit cities yeah I think so obviously you have like New York Phillies up there like that tough gritty kind of kind of vibe then you got some of the the Hollywoods you know the laas the Miami a little bit you know the flashy kind of you know kind of vibe so then you have the Midwest team they just they play basketball yeah they’re there you know I mean they going to the sizler going Toler on Wednesday night yeah exactly Oklahoma City man you know they they nice guys um I think so but also it’s cool for us because we have you know that tough y’all like everyone knows New York is like that you know city that never sleeps you grind you you know you kind of you know just make it happen that we kind of have that with Leon West tibs and then everyone else we have is that same kind of M on the team so I think you know it’s cool players match you know like the city but also you know the the franchise did a great job of having the right guys that do that to yeah absolutely hit it hit it on the head especially Paul especially here in New York it’s critical it’s it’s almost as as worth as much as the talent that is on the court it’s fitting the mold it’s it’s fitting the style of the city grit and grime grimy that’s always how this team has been that’s always the the fabric the identity of this team across Generations at least the successful ones and yes the 70s teams had a lot of talent in terms of of Walt and Reed and the Pearl all the guys you know the number of Hall of Famers on That 70s team but uh they were also tough led by Reed the captain you know they they had some tough plays on that team you go to the the 80s you go to the 90s obviously Ying the era that’s been a signature of this team and part of the success and so for Leon Rose worldwide West to number one starting with tips right it’s got to come from the coach the coach has to the coach has to set that tone you start with tibs go to Julius and Julius has I felt like evolved to really adopt the attitude of the city it wasn’t always easy we saw that right Julius had struggles but give him credit because he did evolve you bring in Brunson hard look at look at the Knick’s winning percentage with Josh Hart look at the Nick’s winning percentage here with with Josh Hart man this is with uh stat Muse 623 623 winning percentage with Josh Hart so he bringing Hart I think the block Nest monster Mitchell Robinson has that New York grit and he’s a country boy but he has that toughness though hartenstein Divan chenzo they draft us McBride I thought RJ had it when he was here quick OG they really brought in guys over the years and it’s led to that chemistry the culture is very important and and then on top of that uh Leon Rose and these guys have brought a certain stability with that with tip so good good um you know give them credit for that and and Josh Hart really spoke well on that now the next point I thought was was pretty funny with Josh Hart was in in terms of you know what it’s like playing in the garden and and why why it seems like we always get a player’s Best Shot che check out this comment here from Josh har salute to everybody in the chat once again hit that thumbs up on Fe boys uh New Orleans so you’ve kind of been around now you’re here on the East Coast is it more distracting playing in the garden nah n I’ll tell playing in the garden is a good and bad thing right cuz you got home team like you good like it’s lit the energy is crazy all that kind of stuff but then on the flip side everybody wants to play The Garden dudes were like if they see New York on the schedule and they kind of they they they nerving a little injury all right let me set out let me set out the game or two before make sure I’m to go to the garden and you be having random dudes just go go off they be this this my time they go go out there get 30 40 50 and you looking like and he don’t know he don’t do this you don’t do this but it’s just like that’s the stage yeah it’s like that’s the stage everybody you always want to compete a guardan and I was in the Western Conference spot on spot on and this is something that as fans and when when we do these postgame shows we used to do these postgame shows over the years we always talk about that like how so and so he’s injured the night before but when it as soon as it comes cesa guard on the schedule oh he’s good was that was that uh Jason Tatum this past season where Jason Tatum the last match up at the Garden he’s he’s healthy I think somebody was dealing with a ham trigger something and then like the next night he goes back on load management right how many times do we see over the years those random players that would have their guarden moments it seemed like it would come every night for the Knicks remember Cole Anthony and Cole Anthony’s a good player but you know Cole Anthony showing out remember Zeke Nagi when the Nuggets came into town Ricky Rubio who else who else are the r like you know some of the stars are still going to be the Stars right the stars come out at the Garden we’ve known that for decades but the randoms that were making a name for themselves and seemed like I don’t remember if it’s last year the year before that it was just like game after game you’re like yo what’s going on Josh Hart speaks to that to a t to a T and this is from a player perspective he he talks about uh you know what what players mindset is playing at at the Garden so I thought that was funny man because that was something that as fans we always uh would talk about it and comment on because it was so obvious so to everybody in the chat once again hit that thumbs up on for you boys CP the franchise here Nicks weekly presented by a manscape man and uh I see a lot of my franchise channel members in the chat if you are a Pacer series I was at game one and the p series and the Philly series sha Ramos there you go the one how you doing Patrice 2020 salute to you okay so back to the hard interview man it’s good interview on the pivot let’s get to a couple more key takeaways as res uh relates to the Knicks and this one was good where he talked about uh the Knicks entry Wes because that was pretty key in uh derailing our Championship aspirations man let’s take a listen and uh I’ll react to to it on the other side here was Josh Hart on the Knicks injury wo here we go you know after you know we made that trade and we got OG and we in January we were we were like 15 and one 16 and one we’re rolling we have like the best defense one of the best offenses like you know like midseason you rolling you like all like yeah we got a shot yeah we going we going to make some noise and then it’s like you know one Domino Falls and it’s like all right like okay we got a you know a deep team then another one Falls and he’s just sitting there like a he he might come back so we just gota keep we got to keep it afloat you know what I mean we got to just hold on so it was just like those dominoes just keep falling and that and it’s like one of the things that as y’all know is winning a championship or being successful sometimes just comes down to just luck you know what I mean it just comes down to you know where the ball bounces you know if a guy is hurt if a guy is not hurt so we you know it was tough cuz we went from like okay we can really make some noise to we we out there we out there fighting and for my life yeah exactly and it was like for me I like I’m a competitor I love to compete at the highest level so I was you know once I started seeing guys you know just going down it was like okay I got to I got to step my play up I got to like step my minutes up and was there a conversation with you so there he goes I got to step my my game up I got to step my minutes up and that’s what he did man we talk about this unsung hero Josh Hart this was my playoff X Factor guys this was my guy stepped it up in a major way man I mean just look at the numbers you know we we know what happens when Julius goes down I mean Josh Hart regular season averages uh nine and eight shot 31% from three in the regular season playoffs minutes went up started every game 14.5 11 rebounds 4.5 dimes shot 37% from three did Josh har great job by him you go back to uh you look at some of these numbers from stat News man he was great look at these numbers 37% from three up from 31% in the regular season 42% from the corners Josh Hart shot shot 42% from the corners that was in the 83rd percentile in the playoffs mid-range used at 37 53 at The Rim that went down a little bit uh but overall an effective field goal percentage of 51% good job by him how about his free throw drawing shooting foul draw rate in the playoffs 12.7% and so you know talk about when you when you lose Julius and and you need another guy who can get to the free throw line who can draw contact get to the line Josh Hart did that now he didn’t convert that was another that was another issue free throw numbers did go down from 79% in the regular season 72% so that wasn’t great but you needed somebody else that could force the issue and that was Josh Hart especially out in transition right we we know that that was his strong suit no question about it you know that so it was good to see his numbers perk up for the Knicks and you know look at look at these transition numbers for Josh Hart look at these transition numb Nicks uh 80 uh 1.2 Points Plus per possession and Josh Hart uh in transition this year off of steals he’s in an 82nd percenti off of live rebounds 66 percentile it’s good numbers man it’s good good good numbers for Josh Hart um and then there was another area that I that I liked of course this was this is where he made his bread and butter Force check out the the rebounding defensive rebounding percentage off of field goals 98 percentile in the playoffs 96 percentile in the playoffs 98 percen in the regular season 22.4% defensive rebounding percentage how about offensive rebounding 84 percentile animal free throws 92 percenti rebounding offer free throws offensive rebounding percentage Second Chance opportunities and defense if he was in the 68% to even got his blocks up 1% block rate it’s nice you know talk about a guy that had to do everything when when Julius Randa went down this guy was vital you don’t have this type of uh postseason success or regular seed you don’t get the second seed or even get through the playoffs without them no question about it Dr slice what website was I using to check the advanced stats this is clean in the glass you got a lot of sites that will um go in on the advanced stats uh you have PBP stats you have cleaning the glass number of sites I I like cleaning the glass these are some of the the stats that they give you but you can go to other sites that will give you um another look at uh some some different stats if if you want to Deep dive into the the Analytics cheesy soul soul cakes heart just proved even more that he’s perfect Nick in this interview no question about it we’re gonna get to a couple more tidbits on the interview coach Rubin salute coach Rubin how you feel yep Sean Frank was that a com okay yeah yeah we’re g to keep that running we’re GNA keep that running I wanted to kind of segment that part that conversation to go into what he was really able to do for this team and lift them up and like I said go back to this number man Josh Nick’s winning percentage with joshh Hart 623 since he’s been here excellent excellent numbers and then take a look at his salary man let’s take a look at his salary he signed the deal last year he’s going to kick in this year $18 million next year next season 19 season after that 20 the season after that say 21 and then he’s got the team option for 22 which you figure I mean for 27 sorry at 22 million and you look at where that 18 is going to slot in for next season I mean not Josh Hart next season is going to have like roughly you know the 83rd ranked salary in the league couple guys that are make that that are going to be making more than Josh Hart next season Colin ston good player not an impactful player dowlo same thing Kelvin Johnson I’m still taking Josh Hart Norman Powell Duncan Robinson 194 yaka purle Miles Turner OG steal is going to get ripped up but he’ll be at 99 Marcus Smart it’s a good deal DeAndre Hunter how about Hunter DeAndre Hunter making 21 million next season Dylan Brooks 22 million Malcolm Brockton 225 I’m good with Josh Hart how’s Cam Johnson how you like that c cam Johnson contract 236 give me Josh har nostalgic Nick salute man Jaylen Nick Fant TV Jaylen he delayed his contract to get Divan chenzo is cheddar that’s a team guy all right that’s a team guy all right so let’s get back to some more of this interview I’m going to I see you guys on the phone lines as well we’re going to get to those calls 65738 31509 or hit me up on the kftv Discord make sure you tap into that Gary V interview too man it’s good good stuff CP the franchise here suit to everybody in the chat on this Thursday afternoon okay I’m just looking at my timestamps here you know we’re heavy on the time stamps here okay back to it back to the interview Josh Hart here is Josh Hart on the tibs question that everybody the Hot Topic of the offseason and let’s talk about it cuz Josh har I thought really really made some great points you in TBS though where he told you you’d play more minutes or you’d be playing full games n you know first foremost like probably like five six times a game just looking me like yo like you good you need a sub you need something and I’m like it was like point I’m like yo if I need something I I’ll come to you I’ll I I’ll let you know if I need a sub or something if not I’m good but it was just one of those things like you just you know once you once you have guys going down it’s like I I got to I got to pick my stuff up I got I got to step up and I got to I got to go out the hoop and if you know during playoff time it’s like I I got to push my body to to the max you know to to the point where you know it it’s either you know it it’s it’s my body shutting down and that was you know my thought process was I’m I’mma you know go until until the wheels fall off and that was just kind of my mentality Allstar break to to the last game the season do you what’ he say and look some people might say what what what else is he going to say is he going to say yeah tib tibs was uh you know driving me crazy here but he said look I’ll let you know when I need a a breather I’ll let you know so the idea that like the players are just like helpless and tips is running these guys into the ground hey this is a players League all you got to do is raise your hand right you raise your hand you come out the game Jamal Crawford was on this platform what JC say when I when I asked him about tibs and and the minutes things in Minnesota he said look players want to play players want to play so I I I just don’t see it man but here’s Josh Hart saying listen it was his choice K do he just admitted it was his choice to stay on the floor not the coaches and he said look I’m going to go to the wheels fall off it’s an endurance test the NBA Playoffs so that was one thing that he said there now here is here is more on Hart on on tib salute to everybody in the chat once again hit that thumbs up button for you boys let me get to this is another part um hard talks about with uh with tibs and the narrative here we go oh let me unmute this with I think Sports in general what once you get a label it’s almost impossible to get you know to to change that label or change that narrative yeah so it might have been like that in Chicago or Minnesota wherever it was but since you know my year year and a half I’ve been here man this it be light it be it be chill like we do like we probably went live maybe like six seven times this whole season during practice most of the time it’s it’s more mental it’s more all right we’re we’re running through these plays we’re you know doing 25 passes figuring out like if if jayen gets blitzed or if if Julius gets blitzed where are we supposed to be and it’s more the mental um part where you have to lock in with his practice it’s not really physical we’re not running up and down we’re not doing much and from coming from me someone that hates practice like I I hate practice bro I hate doing like this turn them lights on at 7:30 at the Garden I’m good but you know for me I’m like oh this is this is it oh we good like we cool I’m I’m chilling so so there was Josh Hart saying basically yeah you’re GNA go hard in games but in practices they’re primarily walkthroughs mental preparation looking into each scenario what happens if this happens your counters right working on the counters and that’s one of the things that tibs have mentioned over the years since he’s been here in terms of managing minutes and load management he said look yeah you might go hard in games but there’s ways to limit the amount of wear and T players bodies we’re in 2024 guys aren’t practicing when he said we did six or seven lives all year they’re not going at each other like that in practice just like after games this ain’t the 90s you putting in two a days right Riley Riley might have put you in the next through two day we talked remember when Xavier McDaniel was on this show and talked about that know day after games they going into two a days so again this is according to these guys I’m not the minutes police I’m not the minutes doctor I’m just saying from the professionals from the guys that are doing it there’s ways to manage your playing time got to be careful what I say put flag three sus everybody in the chat once again hit that thumbs up on if you boys blw franchise Channel member $2 Super Chat say salute team kftv y’all did a great job this year absolutely man salute to the team no question about it d uh David L Monaco how you feeling man good to see you in here so that was that on tips uh now another another point that Hart made which I thought was excellent was one that I’ve been driving home here the entire playoffs when I’m going after the tibs detractors and the and the minutes police this is what hardt had to say here and he was absolutely right let me make sure I got the numbers right here this is Josh Hart from the pivot podcast go ahead and check it out full interview great interview there by Brian Hawk and the boys here’s Josh har if you look at the injuries we had this year you know Julius basically falling you know someone trying to take a charge he falls you know on his shoulder freak incident bogey unfortunately like Nick Batum tried to die for a loose ball you know caught a piece of his ankle freak incident Mitch you know you know stress injuries you know those are tough ones you know Jaylen breaking his hand freak incident you know OG pulling his hamstring you know he’s going full speed for you know to try to get the ball know you never know what’s going to happen so you know a lot of the injuries we had were freak incidents and then it’s like all right we got seven eight healthy players and then you mad at a dude for playing six it’s like as y’all know sometimes the seven or eighth guy or ninth guy like they’re not ready yet they might be they have the potential to be but at this point in time they might not be ready then we talk about that those those were fluke injuries the Julius one Brunson breaking his hand OG hamstring happened to Halburn Hal bur’s out right now with hamstring where where’s all the people blaming Rick Carlile for the the Breakneck Pace that the Pacers play at that inj that put their star point guard on the Shelf I just I just never saw the direct correlation is it possible absolutely I just never saw the direct correlation between you know player injuries as a result of just playing a lot and a lot I don’t know I’m I’m not in the medical field but here’s Josh Hart saying that these injuries are fluk the bonovich injury was absolutely a fluke injury for from an injury-prone player Mitch and then what did hard say after that you’re down so many bodies tips ain’t going to diakite and decoin Jeff in a high stakes playoff game no chance trust didn’t that Josh hard say that trust tibs has to trust the guys to deliver hell my guy Burks lost the trust and then he got it back almost saved the team imagine Burk hiive saved the team in game seven I would have been obnoxious on this channel for we I would have been still been talking about that to today that wouldn’t have heard the end of it so you know the idea that we we’re just going to go to the end of the end of the end of the end of the bench it’s not going to happen if you think about what this team looked like in its totality as a unit let’s take let’s say Julius and all these guys are all healthy and you’re going into the playoffs against Philly you have 11 potential guys that you can play that’s more than the average playoff roster rotation playoff rotation so you lose Julius you lose bogy you lose Mitch you lose OG we really going to look at and say hey how come the the real 12 13 14 15 man on the Rost it didn’t playing the playoffs I I just don’t see H how that’s logical you know I don’t see it and that was Josh har verse for verse bar for bar basically saying the same thing basically saying the same thing man kg7 full he doesn’t trust the guys on the team he’s responsible for having on the team take a look at NBA rosters and rotations man you you tell me the 12 13 14 15th guy on playoff rotation rosters that are making legitimate contributions in the playoffs right now not too many and and for one reason why you might not find too many is how many teams are de were decimated by injuries in the playoffs like that that’s why I say the Knicks more than any team no other team could handle that type of adversity and make it as far as the Knicks did the one in the chat a little more trust during the regular season with some players never know when you might need them again those guys aren’t playing when you have 11 able bodies those guys are not playing how much did that trust by the way how much did that trust work for Mike Malone and the Denver Nuggets who are in Cancun as we speak they’re on they’re they’re on a h glider right now as a as a team enjoying the Sun and and fun and shells how much did that trust get them and they didn’t lose guys to injuries they lost guys by just sheer operations trying to to navigate a complex salary cap and yeah they have promising youngsters but they left their bench so Barren with not enough formidable veterans that it cost them in the playoffs how much of that trust that that that Mike Malone gave gave to those guys how was he rewarded they lost they lost R Rose our bench was deeper when they were healthy when they were healthy you lost four guys so you know that that that’s my thoughts on that that that’s my thoughts on that man you know the the little more trust in the regular season none of those guys were playing in the regular regular season I don’t need to see Jacob topping to to see what’s going on we we don’t need to run experiments we have 11 man rotation Triple M in the building says every game is important with the Nicks finish standings proed that tied for second for second only three games away from the playing Oradell po you’re not playing unproven players in the playoffs not doing that 646 what’s your name where you calling in from this is T call from work I had to put the job on time out yeah forget that man it’s lunch time man we gotta talk Nicks we got important things to do over here let’s go Ty let’s talk Nick let’s go let’s go Josh har interview gave me testimonials man you don’t need it just go out there and get it kg7 full knows it man will Rose is maau our answer I mean it really doesn’t matter but I I I you know I see a lot of Nicks fans going back to that I just can’t see it happening you know I just can’t see it happening should have got him when we could have had him draft day they got too cute you know they got too cute he he was an easy Choice he was a safe choice and they should have got him do the Knicks run it back this summer I think they’ll be on the lookout they have to be they have to be um you always have to be trying to to upgrade the team I love this team I love how how they came together last year but you always got to be looking to upgrade I mean what has Boston been doing around Jaylen Brunson I mean Jay Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown what have they been doing every year trying to upgrade the team this is a team that went to the Eastern Conference finals last year what they do this year let’s go get Chris dos let’s go get Drew holiday and let’s go they in the finals let’s lock it in and they better win the finals because that would be a huge flop you know Milwaukee went out there and got Dame I think myamy is going to make a move this year right I think I think Riley is sending a couple of shots Jimmy Butler’s direction is saying number one we’re going to upgrade the team number two might come at your expense do they go out and get spider do they go out and get Garland so the Knicks I think they’ll be on the lookout see what’s up if not you run it back you sign Brunson you sign OG you sign hartenstein rumors are out there that brunson’s ready to lock in a deal this year that would be very helpful for the Knicks another sign of Sacrifice from Captain clutch I would love to see that and you know I’m I’m this is what I’m thinking right now this is what I’m thinking yes the Knicks will be on the star hunt in typical Nick Fashion but what I’m thinking is do they potentially still use that bogdanovic contract and the Bev of draft picks that they have and make another OG type trade an OG type trade a Derek white type trade where it’s not the perennial Allstar Superstar Blockbuster but it’s another Domino to the group that moves the chain forward is it dejonte Murray is it de jonte Murray again somebody that could come in and fill the needs Nicks need a a a playmaking point guard Off the Bench now I’m not saying that you could he comes in here and brings you off the bench but they need that some someone with more scoring capability shot the ball fairly well last year could that be the piece where you don’t have to trade that much and you add in a guy like a that a a a a two-way player some people question his defense hey he brings athleticism he’s got wingspan yes he’s a shorter whatever you want to say but I think he could be another dog that you can add to this group and help you on both ends of the floor I think the jontay Murray could fit here so you know because remember like remember when they got OG and I was like you know we might have to think about this thing in terms of doubles and triples to get us there rather than just the Grand Slam and and the Home Run and and you saw that even more so after seeing what OG did to this team and and how much he brought them even closer so whereas by the trade that on last year I wasn’t as hype on a dejonte Murray trade now that I see what this team looks like and how they finished how Ragu stepped his game up har OG Julie the 14 and2 January that changes things that definitely changes things where I think maybe a Deon Murray move could be another piece you know think about how OG changed his team think about how Derek white changed the Celtics Drew holiday like those moves those small little tweaks that could be it that could be it I would love Caruso Caruso another guy I would I would love here for sure Caruso right you have Caruso but I’m thinking of a potential like you know if if Deonte Murray came in like you know what I’ll come off the bench I’ll sacrifice let me induce run the second unit whoa I like that I like that let me and du run the second unit and and and Away you go you you put dues in his natural position he plays off the ball you got the jonay Murray cooking get after it defensively I think he can be another dog and and keep us athletic you know can’t forget that I want the Knicks to to remain an athletic team whether that’s through the draft through the mid-level exception keep keep it athletic man get some guys that are versatile some guys that can get out there and run you see the Pacers they get out there and run I want the Knicks to to maintain their Edge especially in transition as well so yeah I mean I you know this this uh de jante thing is kind of intriguing now based on what I seen from this team what do you guys think in the chat now doesn’t get to the free throw line enough looking at his numbers right now doesn’t get to the free throw line enough shooting numbers did improve a little bit over last year 36 from three he was hanging around in the 40s for a little bit 48 in the mid-range 51 from the long mid short mid doesn’t finish at The Rim not ideal but it’s got some potential there 27 years old he’s got the contract 25 next year 27 year after that 29 the year after that it’s a little steep it’s so it’s up there what do you guys think mind your business DJ’s not a good catch and shooter that’s that’s fair Triple M has he ever played for a winning team no but hey you know with a with a little sacrifice could that be the move so that’s how I’m thinking you know like you like you guys said the jeante um Caruso I think those are the moves the move that that we’re not really seeing yet that uh that the Knicks might might cash in on strengthen the bench if you can’t get another major major Frontline starter like strength in the bench somehow strengthen the bench you know Trey Murphy no shot they they can’t get Trey Murphy they like him in the draft I like him in the draft but they can’t get Trey Murphy no no K uh QP Zoom sacrifices his thing I don’t think he would it’s fair uh Peter Fury I think a point guard who is a bit bigger a good Defender distributor doesn’t have to be a great score yeah we we need that we need that man I think we we need a playmaker for the bench for sure definitely so things to think about as the Knicks head into the off season man things to think about as the Knicks head into the off season but anyway great show my guys excellent show Slide back through tomorrow check the temperature see what’s going on man but definitely salute to everybody who uh who tapped into Today’s Show let me read some more of the super chats Junior Koma says salute cpcp I agree with you I great read and a great interview so make sure you guys tap into that as well so that’s the story there shout out Johnny 4481 salute uh he says playmaking backup point guard and a solid Wing Off the 1. Has PeeWeeDaPlug done a KFTV special guest appearance yet? Would be great for general Knicks fan talk, draft talk, and wisdom in sports media without the standard degree/credentials

  2. I can't see the Hawks trading Murray at this point, I think they keep him and move on from Trae. And TMIII isn't going anywhere, the Pels will move BI before that. The contract is just too good and too much team control.

  3. 1.Brunson/Divo/OG/Randle/Hartenstein
    2. Malcolm Brogdon/Deuce/Hart/Herb Jones/ Robinson = Chip

  4. Either way the Knicks have to go for it next two to 3 threes so we have to go all in if the right person comes along

  5. Bogey and 3-4-5 first round picks is a free mega superstar trade. It doesn’t matter how bad or old you think bogey is- due to parity in the league teams will be SCROUNGING for talent via the draft…it’s about margins in the league now. With that being said ironically we need to do the opposite of other teams and bring in another star using bogey and the picks-!!!because bogey needs to get picked up or traded by June 28th or that grimes trade was truly worth nothing and he becomes dead cap. “But we can just run it back we don’t need that” “we don’t need Donovan mitchell”. To that I say shaddup. Right now we have an extremely expendable player in bogey on a nearly 20 mill contact with some cap left to go over apron and a stockpile of picks.—- why not use said assets (EXPENDABLE ASSETS MIGHT I ADD SINCE THIBS DOESNT PLAY DRAFT PICKS) in a trade with Cleveland.
The cost-benefit is extremely good. It’s just jaded fans that can’t see the vision. We are on a clock! We don’t have time to sit and rest on our laurels. That clock being june 28th.
