if you look at the performances in the first half of the Season under Westell Jr where you know very often than not in the fourth quarter they’re waiting the white flag with five minutes left it was that loser mentality where you know players knew that with five minutes left chances are you’re gonna see Johnny Davis and the rest of the rest of the V guys out there playing and they waving the White Flag what’s fast forward a little bit right nah well under Brian Keef They played hard they played good teams hard they played them tough they played to win and that is culture that is a standard you know I mean that’s what you want on a rebuilding team heck that’s what you want on a regular team holding your players accountable holding a standard you know not letting the locker room run a monk not letting the players run the locker room you know setting your foot down solidifying yourself as a head coach and that’s what Brian Keith did and that’s what he’s going to do as a new head coach
