KAT jumped straight towards Luka yes Luka slightly tried to jump in to him but in real time it's obvious that kats momentum initiated the contact

It should’ve been a double foul but while some players get preferential treatment you see all game every game a bunch of dumb fouls whether fix or no fix and KAT commits dumb fouls all day every day. Don't forget the NBA itself like the commissioner the association partners they're all in cahoots with the refs to call fouls at certain times of the game on certain players make sure certain players get certain amount of fouls they know Anthony-Towns normally average about four or five fouls so they sent out those memos making sure that you call this many fouls on this players that player the NBA and the refs really are in cahoots with that
