I think the Kidd storyline is a thing also.
He became an mvp candidate with us and gave the nets the most success we’ve ever had, then faked migraines on his way to the mavericks where he won a title
He was given his first HC opportunity here then tried to power play his way to GM and then tried to rob us of assets on his way out to being bucks HC.
Somehow as a HC he’s on his way to getting the Mavs ANOTHER title while we’re once again shit.
Even if we were to forget the Kidd things because he had to deal with Ratner & Billy King, the Mavs also lucked out and somehow inherited the Kyrie Irving we were praying to get. A mavericks title win hurts me more than a Celtics title.
I have no faith whatsoever in the nets organization and from the bottom of my heart feel like Tatum & Brown would not be the players they are today if they were Nets.
