Lebron needs to take a pay cut if he wants to win. If it's about winning, take a pay cut to bring the right people in. Brady restructured his contract at times because it was about winning. Pat just did it because he wants to win. Timmy did it for yrs with the spurs because he just wanted to win, and he got 5 rings in 6 tries.
