  1. It s not like they were wrong back then. No one ever doubted his basketball skills, but his off court things, and sometimes also on court, were concerning. But he proved us all wrong and i am glad he did, because he is one of the best basketball players to have ever worn the Mavs jersey

  2. To be fair, we all werent 100% sure before the trade baout him, we knew he was an excepional player, and luka would finally get a superstar to play with, but we all had our doubts about his behavior off the court.
So happywith how everything turned out

Kyrie is an empath, he’s very emotionally wired. You can’t deny the impact that the pandemic had on ALL of our mental health. It was a complete reality shattering time. I can understand why Kyrie was feeling the way he was feeling in Brooklyn.

It was a huge number of unfortunate events that culminated in us getting a Top 75 player ever for dinwiddie and doedoe.

Of course Kyrie has to shoulder some of the blame, but i like to see humans on their redemption arc. What is a greater joy than to see another person overcome their obstacles and triumph in their personal lives?

That being said, i TOTALLY understand why people hate Kyrie, especially brooklyn and boston fans. The booing will be generational

Listen I’m very happy to see Kyrie’s evolution and what he’s been able to do for us but I do not blame Brooklyn for being tired of his shit, at all. I’m just glad we got him AFTER all those mistakes were made.
