culture very important for a rebuilding team and you can argue that looking at past rebuilds for the Washington Wizards you know culture wasn’t prioritized now it is and we have that established and now we can move on to the next point which is what patience man you know he’s gonna have patience you know if you look at um his body language like I said I I I corresponded a lot with um coach head coach Brian Keef last year um obviously postgame press conferences and you know he always had a smile on his face you know he he he cares about his players and I’m not saying that you know a criteria to hire coaches him caring for his players but there’s definitely a really nice attribute to have especially when you have a young cast that we have in DC that he generally cares about these players he cares about the development he cares about putting them in the best position to be better players and as a whole a better team

You're an excellent salesman B-Scott. I'm just not sure about the new head coach and jury is still out for me. How much longer do the Wizards have to suck before they start rebuilding again? Hopefully they will turn this organization into a winning culture this time. See, we shall.
