So This Is What They Think Of Keldon Johnson..

all right so is this what the culture’s feeling I was not aware of this I want some nasty are we having fun yet all right so I came across this article and I I think I think it’s good to start looking into what other teams want out of the San Antonio Spurs in a potential trade rather than just hyper fixating and Hyper focusing on what we want because you know it’s always going to be a little biased there so I came across this article talking about Kell and Johnson and whether or not the OKC Thunder should attempt to inquire him and I’m wondering if this is what people think Kellin Johnson is worth because as it stands right now you know before looking at this article as it stands right now I would think in order to get rid of Kellin Johnson and get something that’s of value right I mentioned Darius Garland like 50 million times but a player like Darius Garland you would it would take getting rid of Kellin Johnson and then giving away maybe a few of our first right um I I’ve said there many different CA cases like which first I’m okay with what I’m comfortable with what I’m not comfortable with uh but I I feel like that’s what the trade will more than likely look like um but this article in particular seems to believe that Kellin Johnson will be worth something a little different so it says could the OKC Thunder begin to make an offer around Johnson now uh they certainly could they’ve got all the needed trade pieces and for the right price it could make sense so it says in 5 years the Kentucky product averaged 16.3 points per game the arrival of win banama saw Johnson’s points per game dip from 22 to 15.7 his efficiency slightly Rose but his overall production saw a dip so a team could take a chance on his Peak which came during the 2022 2023 uh NBA season I I expected Kellon to be way better I don’t think I I feel like overall um especially if you’re equating U or talking about defense as well it it it it got pretty bad um he’s always been streaky when it comes to three-point shooting but it says Johnson is a well-rounded player recently shooting 35% on a three-pointers and uh continually provided a solid impact on the defensive I hope they believe that I hope I hope they believe that uh he’s also improved over the years with the ball in his hands he’s round his rounded game could have been could be a positive impact for the Thunder I still can’t believe they put that in there now Johnson’s headed into his second season of a 4-year $74 million contract for the Thunder he’d likely come Off the Bench uh that’s a hefty price tag for a six-man but he he has a diminishing con is it am I tripping oh maybe it’s me a trade could work though uh the Thunder could use it as opportunity to send Josh giddy to an opportunity to thrive what what with the you really think with the allegations that the okay all right okay there’s a section of this article I did not catch it is another part that I was going to go over not this what is this you really think with the allegations that the Spurs have already had levied um when it came to the Primo situation that they would go after Josh GID and I’m not saying Josh giddy’s guilty or anything like that all right Josh Primo that’s pretty apparent right that’s pretty it’s pretty bad okay all things CLE it’s pretty bad Josh giddy thing I don’t know man I don’t know if they would do that also I don’t think giddy fits that we we have soan I don’t think you need this connector type okay uh and you got CI Soko anyways could play alongside wi bayama giving the team a true point guard who can develop even further we have point guard dude I’ll be honest with you guys I’m not the biggest fan of topic I would take topic over giddy um and expand his game as an NBA player they would allow Johnson soon turning 25 years old to play winning basketball and come off the bench in a role that makes plenty more sense for him I thought he just said that’s a hefty price tag for some this would also likely cost the Thunder a couple of first round dra see this is what I saw okay so they’re saying in order to get Kellin so Kellin is worth a couple first round draft picks I believe in our FR our franchise okay they they’ve been Boozled a lot of a lot of teams I wonder how do you guys feel about this okay just in the comments let me know do you think Kellin Johnson is worth a couple first round draft picks I don’t I don’t know I don’t think so that that’s a that’s a hefty price pack it’s our price tag especially with um the direction in which the NBA is going with the new player agreements and everything like the these draft picks are becoming even more and more valuable um you know trying to build a team from the ground up you’re not going to be capable of just creating these crazy mega super teams uh first round draft picks are very important uh I don’t know Thunder has you know plenty of of of pieces they can move for sure but that seems kind of crazy the cost of the trade would likely be more well spent on a rebounding taller forward with as much versatility in fact the Thunder would feel inclined to spend more more on a player of that archetype while it’s hard to imagine that thunder makes a trade to secure Johnson they will more than likely be rumored to check in on the situation as they do have the most uh flexibility and draft assets out of any club in the NBA yeah I I could see that but man some of the some of the things in here is just kind of weird to me like the 4year $74 million tag oh that’s Hefty no it’s no it’s not especially with his contract um and I mean they mention his productivity like I don’t think it’s that crazy and then mentioning how he has defensive impact I don’t know what they’re talking about at all uh that that’s a little that’s a little wild um saying that he’s gotten better with the ball in his hands May yeah I guess I I guess he’s been the same player this entire time I mean yeah he’s improved a little bit but he’s been kind of the same player uh really weird but no I would not take Josh Giddy and a in a couple first round picks but I’m just wondering is Kellin worth couple first round picks I don’t know I don’t know just straight up is he worth that you guys let me know um but if people around the league and this is how they’re viewing Kellin that’s a plus man that is good if people really are saying things like oh he brings you know good impact defensively um you know oh he he’s he’s Michael Jordan I don’t know I want them to think he’s Michael Jordan to say he’s worth two first rounds is is kind of rough uh I guess it depends on what those first round picks look like but you guys let me know you let me know I’m sorry uh that ran in a little too much but wow good stuff anyways get with
