Cavaliers they fire JB uh biera and they’re looking for a new coach they having the coaches search what do you think about that well the coaching search to me all stems are one thing everybody know was that one thing this Ty MIT stand it’s the spider G to side this extent we need the spider to side this extension so if the spider sign his extension we need a player we need a coach to ask coach spider to help Moby become a better player no matter how good spider is we’re not going to do anything unless and loely become the K oh yeah 100% spider he has to have that second man underneath um with Darius he just don’t give you he doesn’t give you the consistency he’s not big enough and they said they have a grumblings and Mitchell was denying everything so I don’t know what to think I know they have a lot of things going over with the Cleveland media and do what Donovan is saying is he a coach killer you know getting rid of uh JB bicker sty uh you know some players had came up and said that that uh in know you know a lot of Rumblings that guys not getting along with JB so I don’t know what’s really going on with the c but he’s out and so now they’re looking for a coach and it’s some good prospects out there but like you said we need somebody that’s gonna come in and be able to uh help the young guys produce and get them you know uh get them more mature so I I I don’t know any ideas I know even the G GM doesn’t know correct yeah the GM is kind of talking like you don’t know exactly the extent of the coach search yet because the number one thing we need to do we need not to side the extension or let us know well I don’t want to be here anymore so one thing with by saying that is that the number one thing I want this coach to come that they hire is we already know what donov gonna give me we already know what Jared Allen gonna give we kind of know what Spruce is going to give you you know he’s a spot up three-point shooter Garin the coach almost got to go into it said can I make that work or should we try to trade Garland if Donovan signed extension if that happen we need a coach to grab spider and say you are the man of the team but we only go as far as mobile gets going we need for you to get him going some type of white oh yeah you know you made a lot of do points now to me darus this is the way I would do it I would I would get Darius out of out of Cleveland I hate to be like because a good guy and he was here before Donovan if Donovan signs I would get there right Donovan has the sign then I would move darus and then I would get some wings to help out uh on the perimeter because we need some Wing help a lot better than the way uh uh he’s he he’s not really doing it for me so we need some Wing help some shooting from the wing some defense from the wing some athleticism to help out Mitchell and Ma with mle I hate to say it but I don’t know if he’s that guy I don’t think he’s that guy now I’ve been preaching that since he like when I first said him I like him he’s he matured in his play he played good ball he he had to it was he he was Under Fire with Jared not being able to play which is another story jar jar not being able to take the shot you know so I my thing is you making 20 million doar a year you got to take that shot I mean now they is say jar Kobe came out and said the GM of the gavs came out and said we night put him as questionable they should have just said uh ja got a broken RAR with be playing no longer in the playoffs yeah that exactly but see that makes me a little weary of the report because like now you come out and you say everybody’s been saying that been this way Tuan or bruise rib or something and he’s under Fire he should have came out with it and said he had a broken rear so now now you come after the fact now he’s on everybody’s saying that that uh Allan is didn’t want to you know uh take one for the team and so now you is uh as uh management you say well you know what let’s get the pressure off Al we want to keep you around this that and other now the GM come out and say Kobe comes out and say Hey you know guys it was a broken R now it’s a broken R so now everybody looking like okay okay that’s different right now that just made me think there you know what you think you right the what it this is was this schematically something that Kobe is saying to bring the pressure off of Jared to the point of even saying maybe it was what was reported but then say it’s a roking r right it’s totally different even I have to step back and say oh but we did hear the reports that though he couldn’t lift his he couldn’t lift his arm he he couldn’t even sleep sh
