Crazy . Celtics were injured vs Cavs in 2016 and 2017 ECF! No Isaiah Thomas in 2016 he was a 29 ppg scorer that year , Celtics were in a 2-1 series hole and were winning game 4 until kyrie went god mode .. however had Isaiah played that game 4 the Celtics would’ve won , it would have been 2-2 going back to Boston….. that’s a whole different series if that happens . In 2017 we had no kyrie and no Gordon Hayward , still it took the Cavs all 7 games and all 4 quarters to barely get by the c’s! Then in 2021 playoff we were missing Jaylen brown and rob williams agains the nets big 3 (KD , Kyrie and harden .. so you can imagine how playing 3v1 went for Tatum without his teams #2 option and their elite rim protection of rob Williams … how about the 2022 finals where Tatum played through injury and yall still tried to clown him for bad play … how about just last year in the ECF vs heat game 7 Tatum gets injured just a few mins in … I’m sorry but we lost by 19 points and I fully believe a healthy Tatum that game makes less pressure on brown so that series was overrrr for heat without the Tatum injury… let’s stop with the hypocrisy coming from the heat and Cavs fans … and for the pacers look , in 2019 it was the same excuse when yall had no victor oladipo but guess what yall couldn’t even get 1 game 😂 same thing this year , no Haliburton . Yet both times it was a sweep clean 4-0…. Celtics ain’t been swept under Tatum or brown yet . Every team has some kind of injury right??? So much excuses this playoffs and we forget that the Celtics have basically gone the whole playoffs without Kristaps porzingi! You really think the pacers keep game 3 and 4 close if KP HAD his 15-20 in game 3 n 4? Yeah yall are casuals
They've made it this far, if someone thinks it's because of opponent's key players injury then remember Celtics has topped the conference thruout the season and JB and entire squad progressed really well.. Same alleging Mavs against LAC's Kawhi being unavailable but they won't see what Kyrie and Luka been putting there…
