Again, this is a guy who has benefited from being an assistant coach on a team with the league’s best player, that doesn’t make him a good choice. Personally, I don’t want a guy to have his first head coaching job be the next coach of the cavaliers.

Im a big vibes/look the part/aura guy when it comes to coaches. This guy is an edge case. I could see a world where this guy looks the part as a head coach but it’s also easy to see him failing this test.
Sadly, Micah Nori does fail this test for me.
Chris Quinn is borderline for me as well.

At this point, it’s pretty clear we’re waiting for the finals to be over to interview JJ.
