I’ve been watching the Dubs and NBA hoops 40 years.

Kinda strange to me how few people feel the momentum of Kuminga’s career right now.

He’s 21 and better than Jaylen Brown was after his 3rd year at 22 (literally the player whose movement patterns and inherent style mirrors most) and only gotten a fair shake the past 40 games of his career.

    Kuminga backed up an ultimatum to Kerr to play him more by averaging 19.7 / 5.5 / 2.9 on 55% fg/ 37.5% 3pt / 78% ft in 29 mpg.

Dubs went 23-14 in those 37 games. 51 win pace is a playoff seed any season… 4th seed this year.

We have the All-Star game in San Francisco next year. Whatever the odds are on Kuminga making the Allstar team next year they’re too low.

Don’t get me wrong I’d love Lavine or a more aggressive 2nd option btw this is not a Kuminga over better options advocacy. Just strange to me how we should ALL BE INCREDIBLY EXCITED about 2024-25 Kuminga.

Dude is literally the coaches making a few tweaks and empowering him to take one more shot a quarter or 6 more mpg from being a 24 ppg guy. I have this horse hostage and i swear i will beat it to death talking about Kuminga lol. I believe.

NBA pod w/Toporek had a super informative podcast on CBA updates with alot of good contextual examples.

Still confused about the new CBA but honestly like 50% less confused maybe… I dunno I’ll probably be confused all over again the first week of free agency.

[NBA v Superteams and 2034s will see the first 100M/yr player and we probably know who it is… NBA Podcast](https://open.spotify.com/episode/3YH8yrFWlHJF12hI1OeWpP?si=X7-QYP4nRASmSRjDfqRDnA)
