“He’s calm as fuck…” yeah, that’s Psycho Joe.

No offense to Joe but that is exactly what you need to do.
Up by 6 with one possession clock. You can’t risk of having a 3 and worse a 4 point play so you foul and foul until they can’t have a shot. It’s also mental if you keep fouling they’ll be more cautious to take a 3.
Joe is better than Carlisle though he should have instructed to foul JB on game 1 as soon as he recieved the ball.

I thought this whole podcast was actually one of the more realistic breakdowns of the key factors in the series.

Lebron would be great in our second unit.

I’m assuming the calmness under duress comes from all the jiu jitsu training he does. One thing you learn from training and fighting is the second you panic, you’re toast. We all intuitively understand this, but there’s a world of difference between understanding it and having it ingrained into you by way of getting your ass kicked over and over again by a more skilled fighter.

Old Lebron x Joe would actually be a pretty lethal duo from a coaching perspective. I know Celtics fans would lose their shit if he came over, but I’m not opposed to a sunset dance. We should draft Bronny.

Is there a situation where Joe should actually go onto the court and foul someone? Can we figure that play out?

So Lebron can play center next year for league min and we just gotta draft his son…

Low-key, Joe has the hardest job in the NBA right now.
He took over after a publicity crisis with the previous coach. He got a team that has the weapons to win a title, one of the greatest NBA franchise in history, and who have the highest expectations and aren’t happy unless you can hang banner. Oh and by the way, in a city that is arguably the hardest on coaches/players of anywhere in the country.
And he has done a damn good job. Let’s hang one Joe, we want to see you and this squad in the C’s HoF.

Never a day I thought Lebron would be giving a Celtics coach proper credit
