the Pistons are open to exploring options Beyond Monty Williams which is something that you know we we touched on yesterday right but the interesting detail is if they were to move on for Monty Williams they named three candidates that they would look at and that kind of tells me that they’re more serious about moving on from Monty than we think let’s go so the three candidates are and they should be they should be very familiar names Chris Quinn I F I heard that somewhere James bgo I heard that somewhere and JJ reic all which we talked about on yesterday’s show so boys if that’s the case cuz right I’m I’m not off base in the fact of you wouldn’t put that information out if you’re kind of leaning towards getting rid of Monty like you would have put out hey if they go that way these are the guys it it seems like it’s a lot more credible that Monty and the Pistons split than we thought 48 hours ago right I yeah wow Chris you hit it yesterday with the Chris Quinn talk I mean telling you man definit best candidate great call by you the one that stands out to me I mean I’m just going to come out and say it JJ Ric of course big name as a good thing great shooter probably good shoter shooting for us I don’t know I I like JJ redic I think he does a great job he’s got a great basketball mind obviously I think he commands respect he’s been through the ringer when you talk about a guy in college bunch of uh he’s persevered through a lot of dark times I don’t I mean I like JJ reic I honestly do I mean Chris Quinn probably makes the most sense when you talk about his past being with Eric spola but I guess what stands out to you easy Chris Quinn yeah without a doubt yeah I mean JJ if it happens I would have this BR no Tom G has been so abusive to this franchise and this fan base and I’m part of the fan base too by the way that like JJ reck just feels like the time to let jcole try out for the team like it it just felt like oh I saw this on TV I mean that’s what the mon hiring was right it was it was the the simple mind it was very simple-minded and that’s what the JJ reic hiring to me would be I don’t want to discredit JJ but Chris Quinn in my mind is clearly like the candidate like through the way he came up as the videotape coordin the way he came up through Eric spola the way he actually also former player like don’t don’t discount him that you know that white boy could hoop as well Chris Quinn to me hands down is the best candidate [Music]
