The Rockets give up a 3rd overall pick prospect, 4th overall pick prospect, and 3 firsts in exchange for a good role player who only has a favourable contract for the next 2 seasons, and a great prospect in Cunningham. This makes no sense for the Rockets.
I doubt the Pistons would do it either tbh, not because of the value proposition but because they wanna keep their guy in Cade.
The only team that this is good for is the Nets. They get 3 of their own firsts back and get off Simmons’ contract just for Bridges? Yeah, that’s not happening.
