Probably because he said some dumb shit about him in the media and they had a falling out. He was one of his guys at one point and even had a roster spot on the Cavs. He’s done the same thing with KD and Westbrook. Started gossiping about stuff back in OKC. Current players hate when former players talk about them in the media.

I hate that this is a thing. Even going behind the craziness of keeping track of who’s following who, an unfollow should not be a social statement.
