Markieff Morris says Giannis Antetokounmpo would still be ringless if he hadn't injured Kyrie Irving đł
âIf Giannis ainât put his foot under [Irving], [Brooklyn] wouldâve had a championship. Milwaukee would still be without a championship. I know so. They were going to get swept. They know that. You can ask anybody on their team.â

I feel like this is one of those takes that have essentially been accepted by the NBA fans in general or at least most NBA fans would agree that if the tip of KD’s shoe wasn’t *just* on the 3pt line the Nets likely would’ve won a championship that year. That whole storyline is going to be one of those common NBA “What Ifs” folks will remember every now and then in the future. But, man, we just gotta move on and accept what happened during the KD era. It’s time to embrace the future going forward than continuously retreading on the past.
I hate the Morris twins but he’s spittin
Jeff Teague admits the same. Nothing new.

Agreed 100% except the sweep part since this was in game 4
Pretty sure most people understand this at this point, except for some delusional Bucks fans.
As much as I dislike Kyrie, this is on point. The Nets were easily handling the Bucks when Giannis âmisplacedâ his foot.
