strong on the B kept the energy up and the workout for about 30 minutes I was like dang are we going to shoot the ball this practice then pick up they said hey you didn’t even get to see us shoot I said well you know what I know you do that well already I wanted to work on things you’re not good at n we didn’t to put up shots straight ball handling and get into the rim oh yeah one of my layups I don’t know what happened I was like at a weird angle I’m all about progression if there’s five steps we got to go from step one to two right to get the step four needs what see how that works Attack One go stay in the black stay in the black go oh my goodness yes I got them in good Rhythm I wanted to work on things that they needed to improve in the movement to the game the rhythm of the game make sure that they were uncomfortable the whole time you want to see a dead body that’s what hard work look like and until the end he had to upchuck he had to run to that he had run to that bathroom
