No one wants Gabe Vincent because he was terrible after his injury, and I highly doubt people are going to trust he will magically find his form. Reaves is the best asset, mostly because of that friendly contract, but I think it is mistake to let him go. He is a guy that will never be your first or second option, but you want guys like him and Vando, who you know what you are going to get from their play, and they make you better.

Don't trade Rui – good versatile big men who can shoot the 3 are hard to find. He just needs to work on refining his skills, being a better rebounder and being more aggressive overall.

Hurley's a great coach but 8 years?? That's unheard of in today's NBA especially for a guy with no NBA experience. Its not the X's and O's, Hurley doesn't even know if he likes or can stand a lot of things about the NBA, mostly not the in game things but the media and business side of things. Its the same with Reddick but he knows less about the job of coaching overall. It would be pretty funny if they end up offering Reddick just 3 years at $1M a year. I'm just a fan but on those podcasts with Lebron and JJ is drawing up plays, he shows intelligence about the pro game but IMO even on his own podcast setting he doesn't seem to me to be head coach material, not with absolutely no experience. JJ played a lot of years in the NBA but he was an offensive guard shooter specialist its really unknown how he would do coaching defense or rebounding or just motivating players to play hard or all the different aspects of the game.
