Grade the Trade

How many 'ships would we have won with the Klaw, Granger, West, Hibbert, Collison, Stephenson. Dunleavy and PG? Role players Jeff Foster, James Posey, TJ Ford, Hansbrough, Brandon Rush & Josh McRoberts.
We add pieces to this team through the draft over the next decade, Turner & LeVert.

His demeanor definitely fits in with the Pacers, much moreso than the big market teams he’s played with since he left

I’ll say this much: he’s the best player the Pacers have ever drafted.

Pacers drafted Leonard as much as they drafted Bilal Coulibaly.

He and PG wanted to play together, and both sgned with the Clippers.
It’s ironic that had we not traded him to the Spurs for George Hill, then he would’ve played with PG here in Indy.

Probably a few ships, maybe a few cruises as well

He would never have played here. We wouldn’t have drafted what looked like a project in the lottery when we were trying to contend if the Spurs didnt want him so bad.

I’m still so tired of this. We did not trade Kawhi Leonard. We traded the pick and the Spurs picked Kawhi Leonard.

Think of the defenders that would’ve been on this team:

    Leonard: 2x DPOY, 7x All-Defensive, 2x Finals MVP 6x All-NBA, 6x All Star, 1x All-Star MVP.

    George: 4x All-Defensive, MIP, 6x All-NBA, 9x All Star.

    Hibbert: 2x All Star, 1x All-Defensive

    Granger: MIP, 1x All Star

    West: 2x All Star

  9. Kawhi Leonard couldn’t shoot when he came into the league.

    San Antonio molded him.

He wouldn’t have gotten the same development here behind DG & PG at the same position.

It wouldn’t have made any difference.

    Also
How many chips have the Clippers won with PG and Kawhi?

That’s like saying Pacers traded Michael Jordan
