I know this is just a bit of fun and very likely just a mistake from whoever runs the social media account, but with that said, oh man, I hope not.
And normally the idea of trading out for the number one pick would be super exciting. But unless the Spurs front office knows something, I don’t know, which. Let’s be fair. Probably do, I would find it a super bummer in this particular draft to take two shots at solid players and turn it into a singular gamble on someone who is very much going to be that. A gamble. There are no surefire. Things are guaranteed great players in this draft and given how good Victor is I’d much rather have two chances at finding some guys who grade between solid to good then going for broke on someone like rischarcher/sarr.
