2016 Finals, Kyrie Irving
G1 – 26 pts 4 ast 3 reb on 7-22 FG (but 11-12 FT)
G2 – 10 pts 1 ast 3 reb on 5-14 FG (no FTA)
2 stinkers of a game (outside of his FT shooting in G1). Cavs got annihilated in both games.
G3 – 30 pts 8 ast 4 reb on 12-25 FG
G4 – 34 pts 4 ast 4 reb on 14-28 FG
G5 – 41 pts 6 ast 3 reb on 17-24 FG (jfc)
G6 – 23 pts 3 ast 4 reb on 7-18 FG
G7 – 26 pts 1 ast 6 reb on 10-23 FG
We need a 2016 Finals G3-7 level turnaround for Kyrie to have a shot in this series. The above proves he can do it.

..that was 8 years ago.
Edit: playing next to Lebron
Lowkey Bogut was a huge loss. GS loss their rim protector. Thats why the stats get better. If Porzingis isn’t healthy this might be his chance to attack the rim.
Someone needs to show Ky his old highlights. He was an absolute beast and took those matchups personally, out dueling Steph and Klay. He wouldn’t be accepting going 0-12 for stomping on a damn Leprechaun.
Unfortunately the new breed of stars have left him in the dust. I do think with the correct attitude/mentality he could over come that handicap.
