Stephen A. Smith SUPPORTS Darvin Ham to the Milwaukee Bucks 🦌 | First Take

Darin ham heading back to his former team the most recent Lakers head coach will be rejoining the Bucks as Doc Rivers top assistant ESS do you like this move for him I love it I love it he loves it so let’s get that out the way he’s very happy about it uh they you know they’re happy to have him we all know that the Milwaukee Bucks are a first class organization we know the time that he spent there under Mike buen hose I think the key thing to point out is this you don’t bring Darin ham back to Milwaukee as a lead assistant if it’s something that wouldn’t be beneficial to the likes of aan Ana he’s familiar with daram they have a relationship with one another I’m just assuming I never really asked or got in-depth about that Wendy or Shannon at all but I think it’s important to point out you’ve had that many years within an organization you got relationships with some of those players who are still there you know the you know the porters of the world the Yannis of the world and others and so if you’re Doc Rivers I think this is a tremendous pickup by you I think the organization was smart enough to to to want this as well and to support this and Darvin ham is smart to go back because that’s where he enjoyed a lot of success and cultivated the kind of relationships that will ultimately stretch his tenure in the NBA it’s about relationships when we really really come down to it you in and out of La inside in about two seasons okay but Milwaukee spent the vast majority of time there and you have those relationships and those are the kind of things that can lead to Future opportunities I support the move I think it was the right move for Doc Rivers in the Milwaukee Buck toight this is a very he’s familiar with Milwaukee as you mentioned and it’s a quicker it’s a quicker walk to becoming a head coach again as opposed to Mike boser who signed that long-term deal we know Doc is on the hot seat now there there might be a possibility that if he doesn’t win if they don’t play better than what they played last year he might be a head coach before he knows it or enter him at least yep interesting point there [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause]

  1. Proving once again that fake narrative (if the coach get fired by the Lakers his career is finished) is straight bs. In fact if the coach got fired by the Lakers he will 90% get a new job real quick.

  2. whoever the coach of the lakers will just be a scapegoat to LeCry james and his failure of not being the self Proclaimed GOAT

  3. This conversation is a celebration of women's intellect and agency, a testament to our strength.🔥
