I actually think KD’s response is hilarious. He isn’t bashing OKC and he’s always clapped back at people on social media, it’s just part of who he is.

Can’t lie…that’s a horrible tweet. KD’s legacy is of a HOFer. He doesn’t need to come back to OKC. He also makes so much money that to come back would be a true gutting of the roster, which nobody in the Thunder FO would like to take on (you’d truly have to rob the Suns to make it work)
You know though how you “help”? You do what he’s doing w/Chet in helping him become a more complete player. Best thing that’s happening. If he wanna “reach out/teach one” for other players then please, have fun! Again, KD is a generational talent; I’m sure he’s forgot more things today than most of us would ever learn regarding the game of basketball.

I mean there’s not a path to him coming to OKC unless Phoenix wants to be real cool about a Giddey trade. This isn’t happening whether he wants it or not because by the time he’ll be available we’ll be fully up and running and he’ll be old.
