    Good, I didn’t want to lose Bryant. He just seems like a very important person in this organization

    My ideal situation is Thibs coaches the rest of the decade and retires in 2030. Johnny Bryant takes over for Thibs in 2030. This way, Thibs coaches the knicks for a decade and instills toughness and has more time to change the culture in the organization. Johnny Bryant is obviously a great successor to thibs because he’s very different as a player’s coach and would be an elite developer of talent.
