I am absolutely gutted about this. Steve was one of the best. I can share many stories of his kindness from my interactions with him, but what is the most stunning is how many people can say the same thing. He is remembered not merely as a sports broadcaster, but as an AMAZING man.

I remember this guy. He reminds me a lot of how I feel about Pat Sajak. Kind of milk-toast plain, nothing flashy, but very steady and reliable for a long time.
